There’s no better feeling in the world than having a CoolWorker or CoolEmployer share their story with us. We’re honored to share some of them with you. We hope your adventures are many, and your experiences magical. Many thanks to all for taking a step to keep us inspired, and to inspire others to reach for the CoolWorks’ lifestyle.
FANTASTIC job on this Seasonal Recruiting in a Labor Pinch Employer Resource – you nailed it! Factoring in the current hiring climate and providing the statistics for the rapidly changing job market. Just wanted to say thank you to the whole Coolworks team for living and promoting the right values and attitude for the success of all of our businesses.
Just wanted to say thank you for CoolWorks! Both of my sons 18 and 21, have made their way from where we live in North Carolina to Nantucket, MA; Jackson Hole, WY; and in a few weeks Vail, Colorado because of your service. I’m a big fan and share CoolWorks whenever I can. CoolWorks is the road less traveled. My kids will find their paths someday and look back at these jobs as great adventures where they learned a lot about the world and themselves. I’m looking forward to my retirement when I can browse your offerings for some adventure of my own.
Coolworks….. is what it’s name implies… I started on a degree Tourism and Hospitality Management on a part-time basis several years ago. My neighbors returned from a trip to Alaska with this website information for me. They had questioned workers there how they got these cool jobs? I have been viewing this ever since waiting for the day I could apply for an adventure. This is the year! I had found a way to combine my current job bus driving, with my tourism/customer service experience and instruction. I applied on a Saturday (the first job I clicked on this day) and was hired the very next Wednesday! I am excited to learn where this experience will lead me, but first will enjoy every minute of this working adventure. Thank you and I appreciate your good works!

It was from my desk in South Korea that I discovered CoolWorks. I’d gone there to teach English and save money, but the isolation proved to be too much. For three months, I longed for a sense of community. It was through your site that I discovered the opportunity in Denali. I had a phone interview with the Lodge, and the next day I left. After volunteering abroad through the fall, I returned to Keystone for another season. The seasonal life has become a part of me, and it’s a part I wish to share through writing. Thank you so much for introducing me to that life changing opportunity.
“I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for you and for Coolworks.com. As a new NPS concessionaire, hiring quality employees was a major concern that I faced. That’s until I found Coolworks.com. Not only did you help me produce a great ad on your site, but the response was incredible!! I received over 80 on-line applications, most of whom were qualified for the position. I can’t thank you and Coolworks.com enough for simplifying the process and sending so many folks my way.”
“I just want to thank your team for such a wonderful website. I personally immigrated to America 6 years ago, and as I have traveled the country getting to know it, all my job have either been sourced by word of mouth or your website. CoolWorks was where I originally found a camp job 5 years ago, as well as work at Sequoia National Park in California and Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota. And so in my new role as a recruiter I have been screaming your praises since I came onboard.”
