    Job Summary:

    Position Type: Part-Time, Year-Round

    Responsibilities

    Guest Relations and Service:

    • Maintain positive guest relations at all times
    • Answer questions and provide accurate information about area facilities, activities, and attractions
    • Handle guest problems and complaints, resolving issues to guest satisfaction
    • Educate guests on company environmental policies
    Reservations and Check-In/Out:
    • Register guests, assign rooms, and issue keys securely
    • Make, confirm, and cancel reservations
    • Handle all aspects of group tour arrivals and check-ins
    • Prepare guest folios and statements for checkout
    • Process payments and balance receipts/transactions at end of shift
    Communication and Information Management:
    • Answer phones promptly using proper etiquette
    • Take accurate messages and relay information
    • Coordinate wake-up calls and handle guest mail
    • Operate PBX switchboard for calls
    • Maintain up-to-date guest room lists
    Financial Responsibilities:
    • Follow cash handling procedures and secure bank
    • Post charges to guest accounts
    • Reconcile transactions and verify daily drop amounts
    • Understand and follow PCI compliance guidelines
    Other Duties:
    • Assist with retail sales where applicable
    • Handle lost and found items according to procedures
    • Follow emergency and safety protocols
    • Maintain clean and organized workspace
    • Assist other departments as needed

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication and people skills. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
    • General computer skills and knowledge of common office machines, i.e., computers, typewriters, calculators, cash registers, etc. required.
    • Knowledge of Property Management System (PMS) Opera preferred.
    • Basic Sales and Accounting skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and follow instruction accurately.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and move through them in an efficient manner.
    • Ability to interact with diverse peoples and help resolve any issues.
    • Ability to work quickly and thoroughly under pressure.
    • Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures.
    • Must be friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and courteous in dealing with guests and co-workers.
    • Must be able to handle guest concerns in a tactful and caring manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain the overall tone of the operation by communicating specific expectations to all line employees.
    • Exceed budgetary goals by maximizing sales and controlling loss; monitoring and reacting to payroll/labor issues on a daily basis; monitoring and reacting to food cost issues on a daily basis; maintaining appropriate levels of "other expense" items.
    • Work with Location Chef and other members of local management to maintain appropriate par levels of all inventory items.
    • Observe, monitor, provide corrective action, and follow-up in all areas of the operation on a daily basis.
    • Ensure that all employees receive appropriate training for their position and that training is documented appropriately.
    • Ensure that all schedules, including appropriate management coverage, for the next week are checked and posted two days prior to the start of the new schedule, and provide floor management coverage as needed.
    • Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures.
    • Participate in Manager on Duty Program as necessary.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a working knowledge of all departments’ positions; equipment; and understanding of administrative duties, production records, inventories, scheduling, purchasing and receiving.
    • Responsible for teaching and motivating employees and management to accomplish goals of providing excellent guest service in an efficient manner.
    • Must be able to remain calm in a high stress environment while motivating and fostering a positive work environment.
    • Certification in the TIPS alcohol awareness program is required; workshops will be provided if not currently certified.
    • Previous quick service/pizza restaurant management experience preferred.

    Physical Requirements include:

    • Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all Lounge personnel via 7 Shifts scheduling software.

    Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Previous have experience in restaurants; whether that’s serving, bartending, or hosting.
    • Are you interested in or already know the basics of wine service, cocktails, and quality food presentation? We’re happy to train the right person.
    • Stay calm under pressure and helps your team do the same, especially during busy meal periods.
    • Communicate clearly and confidently while creating a fun, respectful, and supportive team environment.
    • Work closely with other leaders to keep services running smoothly from open to close.

    Experience:

    Responsibilities

    • Clean and maintain Lodges exterior spaces (parking lot, patio, sidewalks) and interior common areas including lobby, hallways, public bathrooms, fitness room, entry ways, and stairways.

    • Basic repairs include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, ventilation, furnishings, fixtures,

    • Reports any safety issues/concerns immediately to Facility Supervisor and Location Manager.
    • Snow and Ice removal as needed, spreading ice melt, shoveling, and snowplowing.
    • Supports hotel departmental maintenance programs and executes daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual checklists as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor.

    Qualifications

    • Previous Glacier Red Bus Tour Driving experience preferred.
    • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Education, Resources Interpretation or immediately related field or a two year degree in a directly related field.
    • NAI certified (preferred) but can be completed at local community college.
    • A minimum of 2 years of directly related work experience training and coaching interpreters is required.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
    • Must be outgoing, organized, ability to learn and memorized the Park’s history and points of interest.

    Physical Requirements include:

    • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Must be at least 19 years old to drive company vehicle.
    • Must be able to climb and walk up to a mile several times a day at elevations ranging from 3500 feet to 6700 feet above sea level.
    • Must be able to sit and stand up to 15 hours a day (typically 8-10 hours).
    • Must be able to work outdoors in variable weather.
