(2hrs from Boise or Sun Valley).

    The Caretakers will lead a team that includes Housekeepers, Groundskeepers, Runners, Massage Therapists & Other Wellness Providers. As management, they will need to be capable of filling all roles (except Licensed Massage Therapists) and providing team support in all departments.

    The Caretaker positions could be Year-Round but typically Seasonal Teams rotate in and out and back again. Among our Staff in general; some stay onsite for a particular season. Some live in Boise, Sun Valley, or other areas and come up just for the weekends. Some (usually massage therapists) come up for just one weekend a month.     The Runner Position is typically an entry-level Part Time job during the Summer Season though Full Time and or Longer Term options are available.     Applicants will be interviewed by phone and then Selected Applicants would come up for a Weekend Training Trial Onsite (including offering 2-3 sessions to onsite staff) before Contracted for Ongoing Season Scheduling. Massage Therapy is paid as 60% of income from sessions + 100% of Tips.  (Sessions are priced at $100/hr and $140/ 1.5hrs.) Weekend Only Providers contribute some House/Groundskeeping support (2-3 hours/ weekend) in exchange for access to resort, room, & some food & drinks while onsite.  Additional Housekeeping & Groundskeeping hours are typically paid per hour unless Full Time Salary options have been arranged.

    Some Housing is provided onsite. Weekend Only Providers are typically in shared rooms with less privacy than full time staff. Some providers prefer to stay in the Spa room for privacy but need to remove all bedding & personal items in the morning to set the spa space for use during the day.   Meals are mostly but not entirely provided for Full Time staff and some meal prep is shared with the team while sometimes it's a fend for yourself situation.  Weekend Only Providers typically bring some of their own food and we provide some staples & condiments.
