  • Housekeeper

    Housekeeping
    $13.41 / hour

    As a member of the housekeeping team, a Housekeeper will report to the Housekeeping Manager. A housekeeper will a have primary day-to-day responsibility maintain superior cleanliness in the hotel and motels.  

     

    Essential Functions

    1. Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned property to trained standards.

    2. Assist in spring and fall cleaning of all TRMF housing and motel properties.

    3. Work in the laundry when scheduled. 

    4. Uses cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies.

    5. Cleans and disinfects bathrooms and follows proper chemical use.

    6. Wipes and dusts surfaces in rooms and cleans mirrors.

    7. Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.

    8. Removes linens, towels, bedspreads, and blankets before new guest arrives in a timely fashion.

    9. Places and neatly tucks clean sheets and blankets on beds and replaces pillowcases.

    10. Stocks towels, washcloths, and hand towels in bathrooms.

    11. Picks up and empties trash containers.

    12. Assists in other housekeeping duties termed as side work.

  • Laundry Attendant

    Laundry

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Summary/Objective 

    As member of the laundry team, a laundry worker will report to the Laundry Manager. A laundry worker will have primary day-to-day responsibility to wash, dry, and organize TRMF properties laundry.  

    Essential Functions

    1. Responsible for loading, washing, and neatly folding towels, sheets, rags, linens, and other laundered items.

    2. Follows trained procedures for all chemical use and detergent changes.

    3. Learn to operate and pull the machines correctly and safely. 

    4. Ensures that cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked with correct inventory.

    5. Chemically treats stained linens.

    6. Assists in cleaning the laundry facility at the end of the day which may include:

    •  Sweeping.
    •  Dusting and or wiping/disinfecting.
    •  Mopping.

    7. Reports any maintenance items to the supervisor.

    8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Golf Course Grounds

    Bully Pulpit Golf Course

    Summary/Objective 

    As a member of the Bully Pulpit Golf Course Team, a Golf Course Grounds Crew member will report to the Golf Course Maintenance Director. A Golf Course Grounds Crew member will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to perform landscaping tasks using power equipment and hand tools to assist in golf course turf maintenance, course setup, and irrigation.

     

    Essential Functions

    1. Operates a variety of maintenance equipment such as shovels, rakes, or saws to complete assignments.

    2. Operates power equipment and other vehicles such as tractors, mowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, or other similar machines.

    3. Excavates and backfills ditches and trenches with hand tools and assists with watering the roughs.

    4. Plans and cultivates lawns, turf, or gardens and, based on landscaping designs, determines further work that should occur.

    5. Cuts and trims golf course greens, fairways, trees, weeds, brush, tees, and roughs. 

    6. Applies growth enhancers and disease inhibitors to greens and tees.

    7. Grades and prepares base, lays sod, and seeds greens, tees, and fairways.

    8. Prepares chemicals as needed for application by mixing according to directions.

    9. Applies fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs or trees by spraying or spreading.

    10. Where artificial turf is used, periodically replaces cushion pads; vacuums and disinfects turf after use.

    11. Maintains the cleanliness of all golf course equipment and participates in daily setup for play.

    12. Assists with loading and unloading materials uses for the golf course. 

    13. Performs regular and seasonal maintenance on irrigation systems including any necessary winterizing procedures.

    14. Participates in workplace safety training sessions.

    15. Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Golf Course Players Assistant

    Bully Pulpit Golf Course

     Summary/Objective

     As a member of the Bully Pulpit Golf Course Team, a Player’s Assistant will report to the Clubhouse Manager. A Player’s Assistant will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to monitor and control pace of play by    communicating with players and ensures guests have all necessary information to fully enjoy their Bully Pulpit golfing experience.

      Essential Functions

     1.     Provide directions to players.

     2.     Is aware of course policies. Enforces these policies while allowing guests to enjoy their time on the course.

     3.     Patrols the Bully Pulpit Golf Course.

     4.     Checks restrooms, ball washers, and traps.

     5.     Reports equipment or sprinkler malfunction to maintenance and/or golf shop.

     6.     Reports golf cart malfunction. If an abandoned car is found, locates players, apologizes and secures a replacement car.

     7.     Is available to assist and be able to make emergency calls, if needed.

     8.     Does periodic tee sheet checks to ensure everyone on the course is on the tee sheet.

     9.     Removes litter from parking lot and assist with cleanliness of facility and equipment.

     10.  Participates in workplace safety training sessions.

     11.  Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Golf Course Outside Service Attendant

    Bully Pulpit Golf Course

    Summary/Objective 

    As a member of the Bully Pulpit Golf Course team, an Outside Service Attendant will report to the Clubhouse Manager. An Outside Service Attendant will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to greet and assist players with preparation for play and departure in order to give customers the best experience possible at Bully Pulpit. 

     

    Essential Functions

    1. Meet and greet all customers at their vehicle.

    2. Assists players by unloading and loading their clubs.

    3. Handles and washes golf clubs for players.

    4. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the golf car fleet. 

    5. Maintains clean equipment and organizes garages. 

    6. Sets up the driving range.

    7. Picks the range.

    8. Checks the bathrooms daily.

    9. Follows proper opening and closing procedures. 

    10. Participates in weekly safety lessons.

    11. Performs other related duties as required.

  • Prep Cook

    Food & Beverage

    Summary/Objective 

    As a member of the food service team, a Prep Cook will report to the Food and Beverage Director. A Prep Cook will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to perform routine tasks necessary to prepare cold items, salads, and ingredients for more complex dishes.

     

    Essential Functions

    1. Cuts, weighs, or measures ingredients according to provided instructions.

    2. Prepares meat, seafood, and poultry for cooking by cutting or grinding, as instructed.

    3. Prepares vegetables to be used as condiments.

    4. Combines salad ingredients.

    5. Arranges prepared food on serving trays or in designated area for retrieval by serving staff.

    6. Follows the menu and maintains high food quality standards.

    7. Prevents the spoilage of ingredients through proper storage in designated containers and in designated areas.

    8. Monitors the temperature of food and food storage areas.

    9. Maintains and cleans salad bars and buffets.

    10. Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains cleanliness of work areas, surfaces, utensils, equipment, and dishes.

    11. Adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant.

    12. Follows proper opening and closing procedures.

    13. Serves food on the buffet line if applicable; replaces chaffing dishes as well as cold line food.

    14. Participates in weekly safety lessons.

    15. Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Life Skills Center Cook

    Food & Beverage

    Summary/Objective 

    As a member of the food service team, a Life Skills Center Cook will report to the Food and Beverage Director. A Life Skills Center Cook will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to prepare and cook large batches of buffet-style dishes that will be served to employees, volunteers, and customers. 

     

    Essential Functions

    1. Follows menu plan to create nutritious meals for employees, volunteers, and customers. 

    2. Cleans, cuts, prepares, and cooks meat, fish, or poultry to a safe temperature.

    3. Prepares and cooks various items according to menus, special dietary or nutritional requirements, or numbers of portions to be served.

    4. Bakes breads, rolls, and pastries.

    5. Maintains high food quality standards.

    6. Determines, or assists in determining, meals and menus.

    7. Serves food on the buffet line; replace chaffing dishes as well as cold line food. 

    8. Washes cooking equipment such as pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and other pieces when needed.

    9. Ensures the cleanliness and functional operation of galley equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas by routinely cleaning and inspecting each piece.

    10. Participates in workplace safety training sessions.

    11. Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Dishwasher

    Food & Beverage

    Summary/Objective 

    As a member of the food service team, a Dishwasher will report to the Kitchen Manager. A Dishwasher will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to perform routine tasks to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for restaurant and serving equipment.

    Essential Functions

    1. Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.

    2. Sorts and rinses dirty dishes, glasses, tableware, and other cooking utensils and places them

    in racks to send through dish machine.

    3. Sorts and stacks clean dishes. Carries clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage

    areas.

    4. Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.

    5. Changes dishwater in dish machine and rinsing area every hour and silverware dish tray.

    6. Washes pots and pans.

    7. Removes trash to dumpster.

    8. Keeps kitchen clean.

    9. Sweeps and mops floors.

    10. May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.

    11. Participates in weekly safety lessons.

    12. Performs other related duties as assigned.

    13. Locations of responsibility may include,

    • The Life Skill’s Center.

  • Busser

    Food & Beverage

    Summary/Objective 

    As a member of the food service team, a Busser will report to the Front of House Manager. A Busser will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to assure the dining room is properly maintained in order to give guests the best experience possible.

     

    Essential Functions

    1. Keeps the dining room clean. This includes, but is not limited to vacuuming the dining room, cleaning and refilling table condiments, polish glasses and silverware, prep bread, prep butter, fill ice container and pop machine with ice, maintain linens in the organized manner on the shelf, and have clean rags with fresh sanitizer prepared

    2. Busses and resets tables.

    3. Refills water glasses, butters, and sugar on tables.

    4. Is available and able to assist guests.

    5. Tears down all dinner tables and sets for the next meal.

    6. Knows the different settings for each meal.

    7. Rolls silverware and folds napkins. 

    8. Greet guests, escorts them to the tables and provides menus, if needed and alerts the server.

    9. Cleans the front area. This includes, but is not limited to vacuuming, cleaning the door windows, emptying the trash, and cleaning the menus, dusting, sweeping and mopping.

    10. Cleans the back area. This includes, but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, polishing glasses and silverware, wiping counters, and emptying trash.

    11. Must be pleasant and respectful to guests, as well as organized.

    12. Answers guest questions correctly and informs a member of wait staff or management with resolving any issues guests may have.

    13. Participates in workplace safety training sessions.

    14. Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Hotel/Motel Front Desk Representative

    Lodging

    As a member of the lodging team, a Hotel/Motel Front desk Representative will operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries, which includes being familiar with information about Medora, and other needs during registration, stay, and checkouts. 

     

    Essential Functions 

    1. Efficiently manages the operations of the front desk, ensuring minimal time is required for check in and checkout.

    2. Warmly and professionally welcomes all guests.

    3. Directs guests to appropriate hotel staff for assistance with questions and special requests regarding food, laundry, concierge services, or housekeeping.

    4. Handle guest issues as they arise. 

    5. Treats requests with professionalism, tact, and a courteous manner.

    6. Ensures prompt delivery of final bills to guests.

    7. Ensures the lobby and shared areas are neat and orderly which may include occasional,

    •  Sweeping.
    •  Mopping.
    •  Dusting.
    •  Vacuuming.
    •  Disinfecting of workspace.
    •  Restocking of toiletries upon need.

    8. Be able to make and answer telephone calls. 

    9. Throughout shifts, be able to make reservations for motels, golf, and a number of other TRMF events. 

    10. Maintains knowledge of hotel policies including room rates, discounts, special offerings, and events.

    11. Maintains knowledge of upcoming events, local area, and hotel offerings.
