JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
As a member of the laundry team, a laundry worker will report to the Laundry Manager. A laundry worker will have primary day-to-day responsibility to wash, dry, and organize TRMF property's laundry.
Essential Functions
1. Responsible for loading, washing, and neatly folding towels, sheets, rags, linens, and other laundered items.
2. Follows trained procedures for all chemical use and detergent changes.
3. Learn to operate and pull the machines correctly and safely.
4. Ensures that cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked with correct inventory.
5. Chemically treats stained linens.
6. Assists in cleaning the laundry facility at the end of the day which may include:

8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
As a member of the food service team, an Ice Cream Parlor Attendant will report to the Ice Cream Parlor Manager. An Ice Cream Parlor Attendant will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to ensure superior guest service and the distribution of ice cream, baked goods, and fudge.

1. Cuts, weighs, or measures ingredients according to provided instructions.
2. Prepares meat, seafood, and poultry for cooking by cutting or grinding, as instructed.
3. Prepares vegetables to be used as condiments.
4. Combines salad ingredients.
5. Arranges prepared food on serving trays or in designated area for retrieval by serving staff.
6. Follows the menu and maintains high food quality standards.
7. Prevents the spoilage of ingredients through proper storage in designated containers and in designated areas.
8. Monitors the temperature of food and food storage areas.
9. Maintains and cleans salad bars and buffets.
10. Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains cleanliness of work areas, surfaces, utensils, equipment, and dishes.
11. Adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant.
12. Follows proper opening and closing procedures.
13. Serves food on the buffet line if applicable; replaces chaffing dishes as well as cold line food.

Summary/Objective
As a member of the food service team, a Dishwasher will report to the Kitchen Manager. A Dishwasher will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to perform routine tasks to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for restaurant and serving equipment.
Essential Functions
1. Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
2. Sorts and rinses dirty dishes, glasses, tableware, and other cooking utensils and places them
in racks to send through dish machine.
3. Sorts and stacks clean dishes. Carries clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage
areas.
4. Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
5. Changes dishwater in dish machine and rinsing area every hour and silverware dish tray.
6. Washes pots and pans.
7. Removes trash to dumpster.
8. Keeps kitchen clean.
9. Sweeps and mops floors.
10. May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.
11. Participates in weekly safety lessons.

Summary/Objective
As a member of the food service team, a Busser will report to the Front of House Manager. A Busser will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to assure the dining room is properly maintained in order to give guests the best experience possible.
Essential Functions
1. Keeps the dining room clean. This includes, but is not limited to vacuuming the dining room, cleaning and refilling table condiments, polish glasses and silverware, prep bread, prep butter, fill ice container and pop machine with ice, maintain linens in the organized manner on the shelf, and have clean rags with fresh sanitizer prepared
2. Busses and resets tables.
3. Refills water glasses, butters, and sugar on tables.
4. Is available and able to assist guests.
5. Tears down all dinner tables and sets for the next meal.
6. Knows the different settings for each meal.
7. Rolls silverware and folds napkins.
8. Greet guests, escorts them to the tables and provides menus, if needed and alerts the server.
9. Cleans the front area. This includes, but is not limited to vacuuming, cleaning the door windows, emptying the trash, and cleaning the menus, dusting, sweeping and mopping.
10. Cleans the back area. This includes, but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, polishing glasses and silverware, wiping counters, and emptying trash.
11. Must be pleasant and respectful to guests, as well as organized.
12. Answers guest questions correctly and informs a member of wait staff or management with resolving any issues guests may have.
13. Participates in workplace safety training sessions.

As a member of the Bully Pulpit Golf Course Team, a Golf Course Grounds Crew member will report to the Golf Course Maintenance Director. A Golf Course Grounds Crew member will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to perform landscaping tasks using power equipment and hand tools to assist in golf course turf maintenance, course setup, and irrigation.
Essential Functions
1. Operates a variety of maintenance equipment such as shovels, rakes, or saws to complete assignments.
2. Operates power equipment and other vehicles such as tractors, mowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, or other similar machines.
3. Excavates and backfills ditches and trenches with hand tools and assists with watering the roughs.
4. Plans and cultivates lawns, turf, or gardens and, based on landscaping designs, determines further work that should occur.
5. Cuts and trims golf course greens, fairways, trees, weeds, brush, tees, and roughs.
6. Applies growth enhancers and disease inhibitors to greens and tees.
7. Grades and prepares base, lays sod, and seeds greens, tees, and fairways.
8. Prepares chemicals as needed for application by mixing according to directions.
9. Applies fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs or trees by spraying or spreading.
10. Where artificial turf is used, periodically replaces cushion pads; vacuums and disinfects turf after use.
11. Maintains the cleanliness of all golf course equipment and participates in daily setup for play.
12. Assists with loading and unloading materials uses for the golf course.
13. Performs regular and seasonal maintenance on irrigation systems including any necessary winterizing procedures.
14. Participates in workplace safety training sessions.
15. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Summary/Objective
As a member of the Bully Pulpit Golf Course team, an Outside Service Attendant will report to the Clubhouse Manager. An Outside Service Attendant will have a primary day-to-day responsibility to greet and assist players with preparation for play and departure in order to give customers the best experience possible at Bully Pulpit.
Essential Functions
1. Meet and greet all customers at their vehicle.
2. Assists players by unloading and loading their clubs.
3. Handles and washes golf clubs for players.
4. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the golf car fleet.
5. Maintains clean equipment and organizes garages.
6. Sets up the driving range.
7. Picks the range.
8. Checks the bathrooms daily.
9. Follows proper opening and closing procedures.
10. Participates in weekly safety lessons.
11. Performs other related duties as required.
Summary/Objective:
As a member of the lodging team, a Reservation Center Specialist employee will report to the Reservation Manager. A Reservation Center Specialist will have primary day-to-day responsibility to provide excellent customer service to guests calling to make reservations and to provide general information about Medora, the Medora Musical, and Bully Pulpit Golf Course.
