Primary Purpose of Position
The function of the Bellman/Driver is to work closely with the Front Desk staff to provide a positive first and last impression to guests when they arrive and depart the Ranch. Assist guests with their luggage, transportation and miscellaneous needs. Responsible for parking all cars quickly yet safely. The care and attention that goes with this position are crucial to the success of The Ranch as they convey a critical message to the guests about the property’s commitment to service.

Primary Purpose of Position
Create a high-level experience for our guest by providing a fun, safe, clean and educational environment; as an Activities Guide you are responsible for leading and guiding guest on their daily activities. The activities department consists of the following guide roles: hiking, mountain biking, gun ranges, horseback, archery, fly fishing, paintball and kids program. All activities team members are expected to have some experience in these disciplines, personable and customer services oriented. Priority given to those who can start immediately and who can stay through October 2022.
Preference given to candidates with multiple skills.

Front Desk Agents are the primary liaison between The Ranch and our guests. Agents represent our property to guests throughout their stay and handles all arrival and departure procedures. Most importantly Agents are responsible for managing guest requests by providing the highest possible guest service and product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains cleanliness standards consistent with current health department requirements ie dishwashing, mopping, sanitization of surfaces.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of all chemicals, cleaning equipment, and non-food items throughout kitchen facility.
Executes cleaning and sanitation of cooking equipment throughout kitchen as requested by Exec Chef, Exec Sous Chef, and Sous Chef.
Assists with basic food prep as well as plating assistance for banquets and special parties.
When required, participates in putting away of all food inventory.
Adheres to Ranch policies and procedures.

Maintains a positive and respectful attitude.

This position reports to the Front Office Manager and is responsible for the overnight duties of the property. The hours of this position are typically 11pm-7am. Education/Experience
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management, HRTM or Accounting.
3. Minimum of three years’ experience in hospitality operations.
4. Computer training and proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Illustrator. Adobe Suite.
5. Understanding of PMS functionality.
6. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and coworkers to their understanding.
