    Responsibilities

    • Must be able to demonstrate professional and courteous behaviors with all guests and employees.
    • Fully understands and supports Xanterra Mission Statement and Core Values.
    • Provides safe operation of company shuttle vehicles, transportation for employees and guests in all weather conditions, approximately 2 miles each way.
    • To safely drive guests to and from their accommodations and/or other location facilities, while providing accurate park information.
    • To report frequently to the Bell Captain, Front Office Staff, and Location Managers for assignments.
    • Report any motor vehicle accident, regardless of how minor, immediately to Risk Director and Management.
    • Maintains a neat and orderly vehicle, providing general housekeeping and sanitization of vans as needed.
    • Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle, including oil, radiator fluid levels, plug in cords and tires. Alerts management when suspected issues of vehicles arise.
    • Coordinates shuttle maintenance and complete required vehicle inspection reports.
    • Develops and maintains positive communication and teamwork with all co-workers, supervisors, and managers.
    • Works with minimum supervision, split, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Must be 19 years of age to operate Xanterra company vehicles.
    • A background check, driver’s license check, and drug test will be required.
    • Must be able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality.
    • Must be able to drive safely in all types of weather conditions.
    • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • Verbal comprehension (Understand oral and written communications, follow detailed directions).
    • Communication skills, ability to provide clear communication, in a positive and concise manner
    • Reasoning skills (problem solving and troubleshooting skills) and organizational skills (attention to details).
    • Complete Driver Safety courses and certifications within the established period of filling position and refresher
    • Human relation skills. Must be a people person who thrives on public contact.
    • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
    • Completes the Xanterra Defensive Driving Course and refreshers as required.
    • Knowledge of assigned lodging facility and area with Knowledge of “The Oasis”, services and attractions.
    • Able to follow instructions with follow-up, respect and integrity.
    • Able to provide quick and productive solutions to a multitude of challenges and/or limited resources.

    Responsibilities

    • Wash pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils, etc.
    • Stock all cleaned items in a prescribed manner and location.

    Qualifications

    Physical Demands

    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
    • Must be able to bend, push, pull and lift for extended periods of time.
    • Must possess the physical ability and mental discernment to work with a large machine, with moving parts and scalding hot water, including periodic cleaning.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet guests and seat them based on where they will best be served.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Helps maintain budgeted food cost through portion control, utilizing leftovers and controlling waste. Adjusts to meet business levels.
    • Responsible for the EDR kitchen and pantry, to ensure food quality and presentation.
    • Monitors FIFO (First in First Out), making sure each area is properly labeled.
    • Works with kitchen leads to keep storage areas clean and organized. Supports stewards to keep common areas organized and clean.
    • Ensures sanitation guidelines per Serv-Safe are being followed; ensures sanitation buckets are in use and temperature checks and logs are being maintained.
    • Ensures recipe books and portion controls are in use and being followed.
    • Assists in monthly inventory.
    • In charge of freezer pulls for each area.
    • Responsible for security of kitchen including locking up, reporting any discrepancies, making sure all food leaving kitchens has an Aloha receipt, BEO, or Amenity Order.
    • Working knowledge of Kronos and FoodTrak software. Ability to cover steward shifts.
    • Conducts station checks during shift changes and prior to service. Ensures open and closing duties are being followed.
    • Works line shifts during slow business periods and times of staffing shortages.
    • Available for both AM and PM shifts.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • 1 to 2 years supervisory/management experience in a restaurant and/or hospitality kitchen, in multi-unit F&B operations preferred.
    • Trained and knowledgeable in all stations of the kitchens.
    • Leadership skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task and be accountable for duties & projects.
    • General computer knowledge.
    • Valid driver’s license.

    Physical Requirements include:

    • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervises Guest Room Attendants and Housepersons. Ensures maximum productivity and guest room/area cleanliness.
    • Inspects each checkout and stay-over room in assigned section, and addresses concerns through coaching; communicates opportunities to the housekeeping manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Fully understand and support Xanterra Mission Statement and Core Values.

    Qualifications

    Responsibilities

    • Complete work orders and repairs in a timely and thorough manner, maintaining cost effectiveness in repairs for industrial, kitchen and residential electrical and gas fired equipment and facilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Operates lawn mowers and string trimmers in trimming greens, aprons, and tees and around trees. Edges cart paths, rakes, and maintains sand bunkers.
    • Sets tee markers and cups on greens daily; maintains ball washers; replaces tee towels and flags when needed; removes debris; sands and seeds tees and drop area divots.
    • Maintains fuel and fluid levels for all types of equipment on a daily basis; reports equipment problems or failure to the golf course mechanic.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and coordinate a Resort-wide Risk Management and Loss Prevention Program.
    • Oversee the Resort Fire, Life, Safety Department and associated documentation generated by that department.

    • Administers and coordinates the Return-to-Work program with designated medical provider, employee, and supervisor.
    • Coordinates drug testing program and serves as Designated Employer Representative (DER).
