As Activities Coordinator, you manage all guest activities bookings and front desk operations in the Activities Barn. This takes a highly-organized individual who can coordinate guest interests with team availability to seamless provide the best guest experience possible. You'll also be greeting guests as they enter the Barn and providing informed recommendations from the daily Outdoor Activities schedule. If you're an experienced Archery enthusiast with a passion for teaching guests of all levels how to enjoy the sport, this is the job for you! You'll also be responsible for managing equipment and for meeting program safety standards.

Our Activities Guide lead our guests in numerous outdoor adventures including hiking, biking, ropes course, paintball, ATV rides, and float trips. As a Bartender, you are responsible for providing the highest level of food/beverage presentation and friendly service to all guests. Previous serving or bartending experience is required and you should be well versed in luxury service standards. Our Concierge works under the Front Desk Manager to take reservations and assist guests with arrivals, departures, and all requests during their stay. This is a fun job for anyone with a host mind set.

Dishwasher/Utility workers support the culinary team by washing dishes, keeping the kitchen organized, cleaning and helping with banquets and events. This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning team and learn about the culinary team from the ground up!

Housekeeping Inspectors manage the day to day activities of the Housekeeping team to assure our guest rooms and common areas are always in tip top shape. This is a great job for anyone to has uncompromising cleaning and organizing skills and who likes bringing positive leadership and motivation skills to a team.

Ropes Course Leads are experienced Rock Climbers who have a talent for teaching climbers of all levels. If you are knowledgeable climber with an expert understanding of equipment and safety standards, this job will take you to new heights.

Lil' Wranglers Guides work with our kid guests, introducing them to ranch activities in a safe and nurturing environment. Our kid guests enjoy a fun day of activities including craft projects, outdoor trips, and pony rides. If you have experience with teaching or childcare, come be a Lil' Wrangler! 

Maintenance Techs are familiar with plumbing, electrical, and facilities maintenance. Our Maintenance Techs work closely with Operations Staff to keep everything on the ranch up and running. If you like fixing things and problem solving with a team, this is a great summer job. 

Our Massage Therapists are trained in multiple methods of bodywork and provide an extensive menu of Spa Treatment to our guests. If you're naturally a Wellness Ambassador, who strives to bring balance and relaxation to your work environment, this is your opportunity to shine!

If you're an experienced Mountain Biker, with a keen understanding of Bike Maintenance this is a great opportunity to continue to develop our outstanding biking program. Our Pastry Chef's take high elevation baking to the next level. If you are a talented baker with a gift for delivering a growing menu to in house baked goods, this is a fun opportunity to work on a beautiful property.

Spa Coordinators work with the Concierge team to manage guest bookings and relay them to our Spa Team. Cosmetologist provide guest treatments from the Spa Menu. You're a great fit for this job if you are an experienced Spa Professional who wants to take your skills to the next level!

Our Wingshooting program is one of the best in the country.  If you are an experienced wingshooter and want to take your training and guiding to the next level, this is an experience you won't wan to miss.

Our Wranglers are experienced Western Riders who provide horse training and care, take guests on  trail rides and teach lessons in our arena. They also have the opportunity to participate in our Rodeos! 

Our Yoga Instructors provide our guests with a menu of yoga experiences. We teach yoga classes at all levels and in many styles though vinyasa and restorative are the most popular. Teach yoga in tepees and on mountain tops or in a yurt. This is a fun way to share the OM in a beautiful environment.
