Three Forks Ranch is seeking a passionate, fun, experienced and knowledgeable Fitness Instructor to join our wellness team.
Lying on the border of Colorado-Wyoming, surrounded by 200,000 acres of mountainous country is The Lodge and Spa at Three Forks Ranch. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading and instructing various fitness classes and programs to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. You will act as a fitness resource for class participants and maintain positive relationships with guests.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating personalized exercises for group classes of up to 12 participants.
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and form.
- Motivate and support guests to achieve their fitness goals.
- Set up, break down, clean and store equipment around the studio
- Educates class participants on correct form, demonstrate proper exercise techniques, and ensure participants are performing exercises safely and correctly.
- Ability to adapt classes to all fitness levels.
- Offer and assist in alternative/ modified moves during the fitness routine.
- Attentively listens to guests, answer questions, and engage in conversation before and after classes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research to continuously improve your knowledge and skills
- Design and implement effective fitness programs for individuals or groups
Qualifications:
- Certified Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and program design
- Experience in teaching various fitness classes such as strength training, Pilates, yoga, or group fitness-Ability to teach multiple types of fitness classes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively instruct and motivate guests
Looking for a contract Fitness Instructor to join our team 2-5 days per week!
