About The Lodge & Spa at Three Forks Ranch
Three Forks Ranch presents a very unique experience for perspective employees to participate in the daily operations of a luxury guest destination and a working cattle ranch, in a beautiful and remote setting.
We are unique in that while the ranch sits on over 200,000 acres in CO and WY, our lodge only accommodates 30 guests at a time. This allows for each employee to truly interact with guests and all members of staff on a daily basis, making each person's role one that intimately impacts each guest's stay.
In the fall we big game hunt for elk, mule deer and pronghorn antelope, thus doubling in occupancy but not in staff. The fall is a very busy time for us at Three Forks Ranch as we continue to operate out of the main lodge as well as in four guest cabins spread throughout the property.
The Employee Experience
Because of our remote location, we all work, live and play together. This creates a "family feel" where we all look out for one another and learn to respect different personalities, lifestyles and are able to live communally. While we offer endless outdoor recreation for guests, this is not summer camp for staff. Our job as staff is to create a one of a kind experience for guests. Therefore, our on-property recreation must revolve around guests. However, we are situated only minutes from national forest and awesome mountain towns. These places provide endless outdoor fun and opportunities to anyone living here. Whether you like to fly fish, hike or mountain bike, among other activities, it's all at your fingertips if you have the initiative to capitalize on down time from work.
Our ideal candidate is professional, out-going, enthusiastic and loves the outdoors. He or she must have a "whatever it takes" attitude and be willing to join a team that provides only the highest level of guest service and attention to detail.
Room and Board
Housing, all meals and utilities are provided for all employees at no cost to the employee. Individuals may share a house/bedroom/bathroom or may have their own room but all housing is provided on the property.
Year-round employees are offered health insurance after 90 days, at no cost to the employee. 401K after one year, 2 weeks paid vacation after 50 work weeks.
Gift shop employee rate on all items.
Getting Here and Getting Around
A 4WD is recommended as we are located on a dirt road. Employees must provide a vehicle. Access the ranch via Steamboat Springs, CO or Craig, CO.
For our guests, we offer: Fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horse back riding, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, snow shoeing, snow mobiling---any outdoor recreation you can think of, we've got it!! For employees there is access to tons of National Forest where you can do all of these activities or drive into Clark or Steamboat Springs and access all that those towns have to offer.
