This is a floor supervisory position that requires coordination between staffing and business levels assisting where necessary to accommodate guest service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Join our Food and Beverage team at The Grand Hotel! Are you enthusiastic about crafting unforgettable dining experiences? The Grand Hotel, located just one mile from the Grand Canyon, operates a rustic yet modern steakhouse and a saloon. We offer opportunities to share your passion for hospitality by greeting and serving guests front of house or by working back of house, where you will be assisting in the kitchen by cleaning dishes or prepping our guest’s top-notch meals.
The Bartender is responsible for maintaining the bar area, serving restaurant and bar patrons at the bar, and filling drink orders for the dining room. Providing high-level customer service while maintaining control of the bar, serving drinks, and managing the cash, credit, and room charge transactions.

The Intermediate Cook is a mid-skill level position responsible for preparing meals and following establishment recipes to include; preparing ingredients, adhering to restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff, and deliver quality food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer.
Our Maintenance department looking for a responsible person(s) to perform general maintenance and repair activities associated with the operation and Grand Hotel facilities. The position is a full-time year-round opportunity allowing for future growth potential.
