  • Restaurant Supervisor

    Food & Beverage
    $18.25 / hour

    This is a floor supervisory position that requires coordination between staffing and business levels assisting where necessary to accommodate guest service.


    Duties & Responsibilities:                          

    • Fully understand and support Xanterra Mission Statement and Core Values.
    • Effective enforcement of all Xanterra Tusayan, LLC F&B standards, policies and procedures.
    • Support F&B Training programs as assigned.
    • Comply with all state laws and company policies regarding alcohol.
    • Ensure proper accounting procedures are enforced for checkouts, voids, comps, special event billing, tours and resumes.
    • Support all FOH activities in food and beverage outlets.
    • Ensure all guest/employee challenges and complaints are handled in a professional manner.
    • Continually operate all facilities to maximize food, beverage, labor and operational costs within budget.
    • Ensure staff members are in pressed and clean uniforms with their nametags.
    • Support participation in updating attendance cards for all employees.
    • Ensure dining room facilities are maintained and clean.
    • Report all maintenance requests to extension 1030 and notify other managers.
    • Enforce all side work duties to be assigned and completed.
    • Administer disciplinary actions fairly and consistently working with Operations Manager, General Manager and/or Human Resources.
    • Conduct Service Briefings daily before shifts.
    • Check to ensure all indoor and outside signage is correct and clean.
    • Communicate with other Service Managers and Unit Managers on a regular basis after a shift.
    • Complete Accident Reports thoroughly and communicates with the Risk Manager ASAP.
    • Knows proper evacuation procedures and executes in an efficient, timely manner.
    • Other duties assigned.


  • Bartender

    Food and Beverage
    $14.35 / hour + tips

The Grand Hotel, located just one mile from the Grand Canyon, operates a rustic yet modern steakhouse and a saloon. We offer opportunities to share your passion for hospitality by greeting and serving guests front of house or by working back of house, where you will be assisting in the kitchen by cleaning dishes or prepping our guest’s top-notch meals.

    The Bartender is responsible for maintaining the bar area, serving restaurant and bar patrons at the bar, and filling drink orders for the dining room. Providing high-level customer service while maintaining control of the bar, serving drinks, and managing the cash, credit, and room charge transactions.



  • Intermediate Cook

    Food & Beverage
    $16.60 / hour

    Are you enthusiastic about crafting unforgettable dining experiences? At The Grand Hotel, guests can find a rustic yet modern steakhouse and a saloon. We offer opportunities to share your passion for hospitality by working in the kitchen creating legendary hospitality for our guest’s top-notch meals.

    The Intermediate Cook is a mid-skill level position responsible for preparing meals and following establishment recipes to include; preparing ingredients, adhering to restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff, and deliver quality food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer.


  • Maintenance Associate

    Maintenance & Engineering
    $15.65 / hour

    Our Maintenance department looking for a responsible person(s) to perform general maintenance and repair activities associated with the operation and Grand Hotel facilities. The position is a full-time year-round opportunity allowing for future growth potential.



    • Assist in maintaining water softeners according.
    • Pool maintenance.
    • Handle multiple call-outs or work orders, work independently and perform trade call-outs as necessary.
    • Operate designated heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Preventive maintenance programs such as electrical motor troubleshooting to 220 volts, plumbing, refrigeration/HVAC, basic boiler operation and kitchen equipment repair. Keeping within standard code requirements
    • Perform Lock Out / Tag Out Procedures
    • Basic carpentry
    • Monthly inspections for safety, risk, and environmental compliance
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Must possess a valid/clear Driver’s License
    • Must be willing and able to acquire CPO Certification within 30 days of employment.
    • Minimum three-years of experience in general building maintenance, or in trades such as electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, etc.
    • Prefer knowledge of concrete, tile, or General Construction.
    • Prefer a high aptitude for interpersonal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of running different equipment is helpful
