Bubbling mud pots, crystal clear mountain lakes, and scenic beauty beyond the imagination invite both visitors and staff members to experience the unexpected. Snow Mountain LLC, in Lassen Volcanic National Park, offers lodging, campgrounds, food service, retail gift stores, guided horseback rides, kayak and canoe rentals, and other visitor services from mid-May until mid-October.
The 100,000 acre Lassen Volcanic National Park is located approximately 130 miles north of Sacramento at the southern end of the Cascade Mountain Range. It is a majestic place where you can discover the wonder and mysteries surrounding the four different types of volcanoes that exist in the world.

Room and Board
Snow Mountain LLC offers employee housing in three different locations, two inside Lassen Volcanic National Park, and one outside of the park in Chester, California. The two in-park locations are at Drakesbad Guest Ranch and Manzanita Lake. Housing is available in Chester, CA for those working at the Visitor Center and Drakesbad locations. Housing for folks working Manzanita Lake will live in cabins tucked between Shingletown, CA and Old Station, CA.
All housing is dorm-style with shared rooms, shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen. Housing costs are $75/week.
An employee lounge with a community kitchen is available to all associates living in Chester, CA.

The Reno - Tahoe International Airport in Reno, Nevada is located 95 miles from Chester, CA. Sage Stage Transportation offers a bus from Reno, NV to Susanville, CA for $33. From Susanville, CA to Chester, a bus is available or the team will coordinate pick up in large groups.
Employees may bring a personal car since there is plenty of parking at the dorms in Chester, CA and our Manzanita Lake location.
Public transportation is limited if living in Chester, however; the company does have shuttles that will provide transportation to and from shopping and sight-seeing excursions.

Assist the Café Manager and/or Lead in ensuring that Food and Beverage items are prepared and served according to recipes and Company standards.
Provide exceptional guest service.
Clean and Maintain all assigned areas throughout shift, keeping all “First Guest Fresh”.
