Our 2023 summer season will run from May 13th through October 16th.
Applicants with the longest dates of availability will be given first consideration, but we do offer a limited number of opportunities for those with shorter dates of availability.

Prepare and bake high quality homemade goods for two very high volume restaurants. This means being timely and able to produce in large quantities in a fast-paced working environment. Will be required to follow all recipes as written and work cooperatively with co-workers and restaurant staff in a cohesive teamwork fashion.

Pour and serve alcoholic drinks for the bar and dining rooms, wait tables and run food in a very fast paced environment. Previous experience necessary. Previous serving experience at Signal Mountain Lodge preferred.

Prepare all breakfast items to order for our guests. Responsible for total line set-up and production. Will work alone the majority of the time. Must maintain cleanliness and organization. Previous breakfast cooking experience ideal.

Assist waitstaff and hosts in serving guests. Clear and set tables, pour water and coffee, prepare desserts and espresso drinks. Physical and fast paced.

Daily responsibilities include grounds maintenance, upkeep of comfort stations and fire pits, and overseeing laundromat and public shower building. Must be able to provide information and assistance to visitors. Position is very physical and mostly outdoors.

Make daily runs to the town of Jackson 35 miles away to perform company errands, pick up supplies and other items. May be asked to make multiple runs in one day. Haul trailers and recycling bins weekly. Pick up staff at airport and bus station. Must possess a valid driver's license. Trailer experience necessary.

Drive guests to and from the Snake River for float trips twice a day in a 15-passenger van with a trailer. This is a customer service oriented position and a great way to get to know the park.

Take reservations, check guests into their rooms, handle cash, provide excellent customer service, perform office work, sort mail, use a switchboard, and be able to multi-task. Extensive typing and computer work. Book reservations for lodge activities. Very busy environment.

Perform all aspects of the Front Desk Agent position. In addition, check reservations for accuracy, find solutions for guest complaints, supervise Front Desk staff, and promote a positive teamwork environment.

Perform sales, stocking, customer service, and cash handling duties as well as daily cleaning tasks. Prepare items for shipment. Previous retail experience helpful.

Able to prepare food for guests in an extremely fast paced and busy environment. Responsible for prep work, set-up and producing an assortment of causal fare including grilled sandwiches, burgers and fryer items. Must be able to coordinate with pantry cooks on appropriate timing of orders. Previous line-cook experience necessary.

Greet and seat guests, answer the phone, process take-out orders, work the register and handle cash, make espresso drinks, and give excellent customer service to our visitors.

Clean guest lodging units, make beds, assist in laundry room, stock and sort linens, separate recyclables, and perform trash removal. Must enjoy working in teams. Work both indoors and outdoors. Very physical. No experience necessary.

Perform all aspects of the Housekeeper position. Perform daily inspections on all guest rooms to ensure proper cleaning has been done. In addition, perform all functions of the Housekeeping Manager position in his or her absence.

This operation is located 10 miles north of Signal Mountain Lodge in a remote setting with only 2 people in the department - a manager and an attendant. Leek’s staff live in log cabins on the Leek’s property. The season is shorter than at Signal Mountain, running from mid May until early September.
Provide shuttle service for boaters, aid with fueling, oversee daily marina operations, clean and maintain beach area.

This operation is located 10 miles north of Signal Mountain Lodge in a remote setting with only 1 marina employee. Leek’s staff live in log cabins on the Leek’s property. The season is shorter than at Signal Mountain, running from mid May until early September.
Provide shuttle service for boaters, aid with fueling, oversee daily marina operations, clean and maintain beach area. In addition, train other attendant, make schedule, attend manager meetings, write evaluations, find solutions for guest complaints, and promote a team atmosphere.

Exterior & interior painting and related prep-work. Assist with landscaping maintenance of the property. Work alone or with a partner much of the time. Previous experience necessary. Must possess valid driver's license.

Prepare salads, nachos, and other food items for the Trapper Grill restaurant. Cook to order. Very fast paced. Kitchen experience helpful.

Oversee daily operations of both casual, high volume grill and a bistro style restaurant in absence of restaurant manager. Perform all aspects of restaurant positions, including waiting tables, bussing, and hosting. Supervise and train a staff of 32. Maintain high customer service standards. In addition, attend manager meetings, perform payroll functions, find solutions for guest complaints, and promote a positive teamwork environment.

Serve our guests both in the bistro-style Peak's Restaurant and the fast-paced casual Trapper Grill. Must have excellent customer service skills. Perform side work and cleaning duties. Previous experience necessary. Must be at least 21 years of age.

Perform all aspects of the Marina Attendant position. In addition, perform all functions of the Signal Marina Manager in his or her absence.

Responsible for the rental, cleanliness and operation of sea kayaks, canoes, and small motor boats. Shuttling guests to and from their boats. Lifting and moving docks, boats, and marina equipment. Cash handling. Customer service. Very physical. Previous motor boating experience helpful.

Assist chef/kitchen manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations of both casual, high volume grill and bistro style restaurant. Work all positions in kitchen, including line cook for both restaurants, pantry cook, breakfast cook, baker, prep cook and dishwasher. Order product and rotate stock. Maintain safety and sanitation practices. Develop specials and cook daily soups. Assist chef/kitchen manager in supervising and training 19 staff. Promote a teamwork environment.
