    This is a 10 month Regular Full Time Benefited Position.

    The Operations Assistant provides general administrative, Human Resources and payroll services for the operations, including recruitment, employee processing, data entry, orientation, training, development, and maintenance of personnel files. The Operations Assistant provides coordination of activities and business processes that affect operations. Responsible for handling sensitive and confidential information.

    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite tools
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor; ability to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff, affiliated-company employees, and outside business associates
    • Some college education in Human Resources or Business
    • 2 years’ progressively responsible related experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities

As the Banquet / Events Supervisor, you will supervise the banquet and dining areas to ensure excellent guest service to and enhance the dining experience for all guests while following the establishment’s guidelines. You will maintain an enjoyable environment for guests and staff. You will account for food and beverages served, and monies collected.

     

    • Ensure excellent guest service through the training and supervising of dining room and banquet employees
    • Maintain the quality standards for environment, service and safety according to the guidelines of the Lodge
    • Account for all situations on the floor including food quality, monies collected and guest relations
    • Coordinate a smooth working environment between the kitchen and front of the house employees
    • Be knowledgeable about, implement & supervise Serve-Safe (food safety) and TAP (alcohol management) policies at the Lodge
