We have supervisory and entry-level, seasonal positions available in all departments including Front Desk, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance and Food & Beverage.

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at the Seward Windsong Lodge. As the Bartender, you will be responsible for all bar operations and provide excellent guest service. You will have a range of duties in order to assist team members including:

    • Execute bar setup and closing procedures
    • Conduct proper alcohol serving procedures
    • Ensure the proper handling of food according to health codes
    • Close and balance assigned till, account for food and alcohol served

    • Two years of bartending experience viewed advantageous

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As Dining Room Supervisor, you will supervise the dining area and bar employees to ensure excellent guest service and enhance the dining experience for all guests. You will have a range of duties in order to assist team members including:

    • Acknowledge and understand daily menu changes
    • Ensure excellent guest service through training and supervising of dining room and bar team members
    • Coordinate an efficient working environment between the kitchen and front of house team members
    • Accurately report food and beverage data

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As Sous Chef, you will oversee and participate in the preparation of menu items for dining room services. You will instruct line cooks and prep cooks in their duties. You will assist with presentation development, maintaining budgeted food and labor costs. You will have a range of duties in order to assist team members including:

    • Oversee staff, ensuring productivity and safety
    • Perform weekly inventory and order items as needed
    • Develop daily specials
    • Ensure proper use and handling of food and equipment

    • Graduate or Culinary School viewed advantageous

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    Laundry Attendants are pivotal in providing dynamic guest service at the Seward Windsong Lodge. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for daily laundering and folding of Lodge linens and for the safe and efficient operation of laundry equipment. You will work with team members within your department and others to complete the following tasks:

    • Safely operate laundry equipment
    • Launder, fold and organize all Lodge linens
    • Fill linen orders & maintain specific linen inventories
    • Clean and maintain laundry equipment and facility

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
    • Bending, lifting and standing for long hours required

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As a Linen Runner, you will be responsible for stripping linens from guest rooms and stocking housekeeping storage rooms. You will assist the housekeeping staff to ensure every room meets the high standards of the lodge. You will have a range of duties in order to assist team members including:

    • Strip linens from guest rooms
    • Pick up and drop off laundry at the laundry facility
    • Restock and clean linen closets
    • Perform basic maintenance of lodge rooms

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As the Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the shuttle. You will have a range of duties in order to assist team members including:

    • Safely transport guests and luggage to and from the Train Depot and town
    • Perform light maintenance duties
    • Greet arriving and departing guests
    • Wash, vacuum and service vehicle at the beginning and end of each shift

    • Previous shuttle driving and guest service experience
    • Must possess a commercial driver’s license with class B passenger endorsement and a clean driving record
    • CPR and First Aid certifications desired
