The Employee Experience
The Seward Windsong Lodge offers an unforgettable summer experience. Living and working with people from all over the world, you’re sure to make friends for life. Located in an idyllic town between the sea and the mountains, there are numerous opportunities for adventure: hiking, kayaking, berry picking, whale watching, and so much more. Though it's the Land of the Midnight Sun, there is an active nightlife with live music and DJ dance parties at multiple venues around town.
In addition to our Welcome Dinner, summer BBQ and End of Season party, which are organized by the managers, employees often organize their own camping trips, bonfires by the river, family dinners and other gatherings. After working one season at the Seward Windsong Lodge, many of our employees come back summer after summer.
Our ideal candidates have an upbeat and positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, great communication skills and are always willing to help guests and co-workers. They are professional, hard-working, self-motivated, friendly, organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Ideal candidates are available for the entire season and are willing to work flexible schedules.
