The Employee Experience
The Seward Windsong Lodge offers an unforgettable summer experience. Living and working with people from all over the world, you’re sure to make friends for life. Located in an idyllic town between the sea and the mountains, there are numerous opportunities for adventure: hiking, kayaking, berry picking, whale watching, and so much more. Though it's the "Land of the Midnight Sun", there is an active nightlife with live music and DJ dance parties at multiple venues around town.
In addition to our Welcome Dinner, summer BBQ and End of Season party, which are organized by the managers, employees often organize their own camping trips, bonfires by the river, family dinners and other gatherings. After working one season at the Seward Windsong Lodge, many of our employees come back summer after summer.
Our core values are:
- Safety First
- Honor Place
- Bring Your Best
Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to truly experience all that Alaska has to offer and also believes in our mission. We are selective in our hiring to ensure our employees and our guests have the best experience possible during their stay with us. Each job is important. We value integrity, a strong work ethic, and teamwork. Successful employees are those who step in where needed and can bring their best.
