Landscape Maintenance
This position is for a landscape maintenance professional with a hard work ethic and a great attitude. This person should have a lot of spring in their step, happy to come to work on their shift and ask questions when needed. Some landscape experience is encouraged but is not a necessity. This person will be working with someone or at times working alone. This person will be bending, lifting, working on his/her knees, reaching, working with constant motion, walking up hills with debris, climbing, and balancing. We are in charge of Roche Harbor’s aesthetics. We do everything from sweeping cigarette butts and trash in the HUB, fixing sunken pavers in the Yellow Brick Road, walking trails to pick up trash, hula hoeing/raking/weeding garden beds, blowing off parking areas, pruning shrubs and trees with a hedge pruner, filling potholes with gravel and running a plate compactor, hand watering plants, weed eating hillsides, spraying weeds with a backpack sprayer, & even taking photos for customers. We work outside in all weather conditions which can leave us with lots of great days and some bad ones. We work hard and have fun.

Office Staff is responsible for the daily operations of the marina office this includes: answering phone calls and returning messages, returning emails, making guest reservations, engaging guest as they come into office, answering general resort questions, and working with office supervisor to facilitate any general office needs (random/general office needs)

Roche Harbor Clothing Co. Sales Associate
The Roche Harbor Clothing Co. carries brands such as Johnny Was, Cut Loose, Dylan, Tommy
Bahama and more to outfit men and women in resort wear for their stay at Roche Harbor. Not
only does the Clothing Co. carry these designer brands, but also is equipped with Roche Harbor
tees, hats and sweatshirts to remind you of your trip to the harbor.
Job duties:
● Engage with guests to create sales
● Restock inventory on a daily basis
● Daily organizing and staging of merchandise, including folding t-shirts and sweatshirts
● Daily cleaning and tidying of the store, including sweeping, dusting and vacuuming
● Follow instructions received from the floor manager and retail director
Requirements:
● Must be able to work a register and learn the POS system
● Must be able to lift 30 lbs and be on feet for extended periods of time
● Passion for the retail industry (previous retail experience preferred)
● Dress appropriately for work
● Demonstrate consistent work ethic with a positive attitude
● Demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships with co-workers
● Communicate clearly in written/verbal form with customers/guests; employees and
management
● Enjoy a fast-paced atmosphere
● Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Shifts: 3-5 shifts per week, store hours are 10am-5pm, must work weekends
Pay: $20 per hour plus commission
