Started in 1986, Resort Group has been providing jobs and partnering with property owners in Steamboat for over 30 years. We manage over 80 homeowners’ and commercial property associations with more than 5,000 individual units. Resort Group is the largest, privately owned, property management firm in Steamboat Springs.

We're looking for exceptional people who are passionate about and committed to providing an extraordinary guest and owner experience.

Room and Board

$575/per bed per month. Dorm-style shared housing rooms, 2 persons to a room.  Each room is equipped with 2  beds, a microwave/mini fridge & a private bath.  Kitchen is communal and laundry is pay on-site.

Views! Views! Views! Units are located just blocks from downtown Steamboat Springs, on the banks of the scenic Yampa River. 

Our employee housing is on the free public bus route and right off the core bike/walking trail. Rent includes high-speed internet, & all utilities.

Getting Here and Getting Around

GETTING HERE: Steamboat offers the remoteness of the Colorado Rockies, but is easily accessible thanks to Yampa Valley Regional Airport. Just 24 miles west of Steamboat, the airport services non-stop and connecting flights from points nationwide and internationally. If you fly into Denver International Airport, Steamboat is 170 miles northwest. Ground transportation to and from Denver is available through Go Alpine Taxi (970) 879-2800.

GETTING AROUND: The City of Steamboat Springs provides excellent, reliable, free public bus service in and around town. Or, enjoy the Yampa Core Trail, our walking and bike path system that is unprecedented for a small community. It winds along the river where you're sure to see wildlife, anglers, and water enthusiasts. Ride your bike everywhere! A car really isn't necessary.

For Fun

Adventures abound in this Rocky Mountain playground. During our summer months, the possibilities for camping, hiking, biking, climbing, fishing, kayaking, and photography are practically limitless. Not to mention the signature events taking place throughout the year in Steamboat.
