  • Guest Service Agent

  • Staff Accountant

    Resort Group seeks a Staff Accountant to support the accounting functions of the Home Owners Association (HOA) Property Management sectors.  This position will take charge of the entire accounting process for specific set of HOAs, from A/P & A/R posting, revenue processing (work orders, billings and supplies), to monthly financial statement preparation.  This position must have prior accounting experience, be familiar A/R, A/P, G/L accruals, and overall preparation of month-end financial statements. 

    The Staff Accountant will report directly to the Director of Accounting – Resort Group.

    The successful candidate will possess good analytical skills, strong accounting background and the ability to work independently.   • Maintenance Technician Lead

    We have an immediate need for a Maintenance Technician Lead to assist us maintaining the grounds / buildings of over 50 HOA's (residential & commercial) in and around Steamboat Springs.  The Maintenance Technician Lead will assist us in completing our more technical tasks in-house and will help oversee/lead our crew(s) of Maintenance Techs when the Maintenance Supervisor is off-property or off-duty.

    The Lead will be proficient in several facility / grounds maintenance skills (may include: carpentry, electrical and/or plumbing), be able to be creative with maintenance solutions, multi-task, and have the ability to identify and oversee large capital improvement projects.  You will assist the supervisor in managing both the sub-contractors & the internal crewmembers on such projects.

    This position will work with and report to the Maintenance Supervisor.  A large portion of the job will involve assisting/directing the crew of maintenance technicians in the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the properties, providing technical advice, and performing the technical repairs/tasks as they arise.  The Lead will be responsible for regular inspections of completed work by maintenance technicians for quality assurance.

    Additional responsibilities include maintaining high quality standards for the grounds, buildings and vehicles; ensuring that common areas, walkways, buildings meet first class standards at all times, and ensuring the team adheres to safe work practices.
