Responsible for safe operation of Hidden Treasure ropes course, including using learned skills and procedures to educate participants, perform routine safety checks or set up of features.

- Plan and supervise daily building or mechanical systems maintenance operations, including emergency situations.
- Ensure the grounds of all properties are well-maintained with snow removal.
- Supervise approximately one to three maintenance or mechanical staff and third-party contractors: plan and issue daily work assignments; monitor work in progress and check completed work; assist with difficult or unusual tasks, and resolve problems. Plan staffing needs and work schedules.
- Supervise/assist with the maintenance and repair of tools and equipment used to perform maintenance, mechanical and construction work.
- Order and maintain a regular inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Keep a work-log to document all maintenance work performed along with records of all requests, communication and the resolution of said requests.
- Monitor maintenance expenditures and ensure that budget guidelines are met.
- Assess each maintenance issue to determine if it can be resolved in-house or if a third-party contractor is needed. Approach each request with the goal of reducing long-term costs to the organization.

- Install new ignition systems, align front wheels, change or recharge batteries, and replace transmissions and other parts.

- Lubricates moving parts and drives repaired vehicle to verify conformance to specifications.
- Fabricates particular lifting or towing attachments, hydraulic systems, shields, or other devices according to blueprints or schematic drawings.
- Visually inspects hydraulic lines and components to detect leaks, damage, and wear.

Summer Lift Operator
Assist and interact with guests getting on and off chairlifts. Operate and monitor chair lift as well as maintain daily logs, reports and check lists. Assist with ticket checking and other mountain operations tasks as assigned. Must have ability to understand instructions, give directions and communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and most important our guests. Must communicate effectively under pressure and/or during emergency situations. Must be reliable and prepared to stand/work outdoors for long periods of time in all types of weather.
