1-3 years of experience preferred. This is a support role for the Sous Chef and should be able to handle a small kitchen on their own in all but the busiest times. We are a scratch kitchen…no boil in the bag, reheat, premade anything here. Even our salad dressings, seasonings, and desserts are made from scratch. Absolutely must have a passion to up your game as we will surely become a dining destination for the entire U.P.
Wage dependent of experience, ability to learn and excel, and an absolute desire to own the kitchen!

Both full and part-time positions available. Experience is preferred, but a positive, upbeat personality is an absolute must. Those with a can-do attitude will rise to the top. Applicants with both bartending and serving experience as well as any wine service experience is definitely a plus.

This position plays a vital role in supporting many areas within the resort. Primarily, you will help with some food prep, help with some dishes, shovel snow off the cabin decks/entries, and pump gas for the snowmobilers. Ideally, this person would have some general "fix it" skills and able to handle smaller projects around the property as needed. Must be able to switch hats on the fly as this position is counted on to help fill in the many gaps in operations.
