Currently recruiting for the season that runs from May 1st, 2025 to November 1st, 2025.
- Scrape and sort dishes before loading them into the dishwashing machine for cleaning.
- Monitor dishwashing machine water temperature and detergent levels.
- Unload dishwashing machine and properly put away all utensils and dishes.
- Maintain dishwashing machine and report any mechanical faults.
- All traps and filters on the dishwashing machine and drains must be cleaned out nightly.
- Stock and arrange kitchen utensils and dishes in the existing organization and locations.
- Handle glassware delicately, as well as other fragile tableware to prevent breakage.
- Assist in the stocking, preparation and serving of food of any kind as may be required.
- Execute daily and weekly chore list and duties.
- Bag kitchen trash and transport to dumpsters, maintaining the cleanliness of garbage cans and surrounding area as well.
- Sweep, scrub, and mop floors to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
- Preform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Accuracy, speed, and sense of urgency in executing tasks.
- A genuine desire to make things neat, clean, and organized within your surroundings.
- Strong/efficient interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated.

- Must have a strong bar background and be able to help control costs on all levels.
- Must be able to multi-task efficiently and timely with not only peak business times, but also with down times and other job-related duties.
- Should be comfortable creating and executing craft cocktails, whether recipes we already have in house, or new ones you bring to the table.
- Must be able and willing to pour to our standards and recipes.
- General wine knowledge is a must, the more extensive the better.
- Must be comfortable changing shoes and helping to serve tables if need be.
- As a smaller operation, there will be times we may be short-staffed or just need an extra hand to accommodate the business to the best of all our abilities. One-trick ponies need not apply.
- Must be a team player who regularly jumps in to help your co-workers. They WILL jump in to help you, be ready to do the same.

Culinary Support/Utility Specialist
Employment: Full Time 32+ hours per week.
Scope of work: This position plays a vital role in supporting many areas within the resort. Primarily, this position will be in the kitchen helping to do dishes, salads, desserts, food running, and general support where needed for the rest of the staff. Outside of help in the kitchen, this role may also have some other duties that may be assigned as needed. These duties include but are not limited to various tasks such as housekeeping, shoveling snow, general cleanup around the property, or other small projects that may need attention. Must be able to switch hats on the fly as this position is counted on to help fill in the many gaps in operations.

Lead Bartender
Seasonally, we hire one lead bartender who is primarily responsible for helping to organize the bar, stocking, ordering, and the general flow of operations. This is not necessarily a bar manager role, but a great steppingstone to the next level.

Line Cook
Employment: Full Time 32+ hours per week.
Scope of work: To perform all essential cooking duties within a commercial kitchen. This position is the often the lead in the kitchen and must be able to handle a small kitchen on their own in all but the busiest times. We are a scratch kitchen…no boil in the bag, reheat, premade anything here. Even our salad dressings, seasonings, and desserts are made from scratch. Absolutely must have a passion to up your game in all you do. You are the standard, and you set the example.

Scope of work: This position pilots our guests experience while dining with us. It is critical that our bartenders and servers thoroughly know every menu in detail, have an impeccable attention to detail, and a true desire to serve our guests with a warm and gracious heart that shows through every smile.
