What does that look like? Here are some things you'll be doing:
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace
- Keeping grab and go food items for the park's General Store offerings stocked
- Prepping food for service hours
- Cooking to order
- Taking care of guests out of a food truck (taking orders, cooking, tidying up, etc.)
Cooks report to the Kitchen Manager and will work in our food truck and prep grab-n-go options for the General Store’s offerings. Facilities include the food truck and a small prep kitchen.
