Destination/Vacation Concierge

The Destination Concierge position requires a dynamic, astute and flexible hospitality professional who is extremely organized and familiar with local activities and dining establishments in Big Sky. This individual will exhibit a constant relationship with our guests from booking the reservation to departure by anticipating their needs and communicating all important information to the Residential Team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 
Internal Team: Ensure consistent communication with the internal teams in regards to questions or concerns regarding property management, pre-arrival planning, guest services, guest satisfaction and resolutions.
General Responsibility: Provide extraordinary service for residential guests from booking a reservation, checking in guests and in residence concierge service (in conjunction with team members) in order to create memorable and elevated experiences. Work closely and assist with all internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for all parties. Identify, schedule and follow up on maintenance issues. Procure work logs for appropriate residences on a daily basis. Assist in reconciling accounts on a bi monthly basis.
Pre-Arrival: Review guest resume with special notes and work closely with internal team for any clarification, reach out to guest prior to arrival to review their personalized itinerary.
Prior to Arrival: Conduct pre-arrival housekeeping/maintenance inspection and stage home for arrival to include stocking home with groceries and any other special requests communicated by the guest.
Arrival: Grocery shopping, delivery of groceries, amenity presentation with welcome card, residence inspection, meet and greet, residential orientation, itinerary review for accuracy, review housekeeping schedule, and confirm any last minute additions or changes.
During Visit: Accessible for all special requests or changes in schedules, accessible for emergency response and on call duties, 1st morning follow-up call and daily touch base.
Departure: Presentation of account statement for signature prior to departure, confirm departure time and transportation times with guest and wish guest a fond farewell with safe travels and a speedy return. When possible be at the residence to assist with luggage and ensure arranged transportation is prompt. Post recap for internal team. Personal thank you letter when applicable, pictures and stories for marketing if permissible by guests.

Lead Bartender

This position will require you to interact one on one with the guests, take their orders, make cocktails utilizing company service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining an issued cash bank throughout your shift.  You will also be actively marketing yourself and the establishment through various social media outreach and staff outings. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  Job Duties include; although are not limited to: Consistently following Food & Beverage sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by venue managers and chefs • Participating in weekly marketing requirements and outings and actively marketing the venue and yourself. You are encouraged to make weekly table reservations and build the venue database through networking and completing data cards and building and establishing personal clientele • Exhibiting proper knowledge, selling techniques and service delivery of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and any menu items offered while maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the bar • Anticipating the guests’ needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency  • Cleaning of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintaining equipment in good working order while following all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, department and County health department. • Working as a team and effectively communicating with management, bartenders and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and/or other Associates. QUALIFICATIONS • 3 years restaurant experience and/or 2 years’ experience bartending in a similar establishment. Line Cook

The Cook is responsible for preparing the highest quality food products for the restaurant and banquets, according to menu descriptions and directions. Essential Functions: • Prepare food items for the guests using a quality and pre-determined method in a timely and consistent manner. • The work station must be set up based on menu items, banquet event orders and specials, and ensures all misenplace is ready for the shift. • Proper sanitation and safety guidelines must be followed at all times, and all kitchen work and storage areas must be kept clean and organized. • Inspect all food products to maintain proper appearance, colors and appeal. • All food storage must be in proper containers in refrigerators and freezers, to maintain freshness. Qualifications: • High school degree required or GED equivalent. • Ability to read recipes and follow directions. • Ability to efficiently and safely handle knives, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment such as slicers, grinders, choppers, and mixers. • Visual acuity for near and depth and color perception, reading menus and writing orders, and checking appearance of all food products. • Able to demonstrate culinary techniques such as cutting, cooking principles, plate presentations and proper sanitation and safety practices. • Two years previous restaurant cooking experience in high end restaurant. • Positive personality and good interpersonal skills for interfacing with members, guests and staff. • Ability to make sound, common sense and rational decisions in performance of duties. • Speak, read and write the primary language (English) spoken in the work environment. • Knowledge of basic computational skills and computer or POS operation. Member Services Agent

Job Duties: •Initiates interaction with members and guests to obtain and disperse information. •Creates and maintains information on all activities, events, and food & beverage offerings to provide comprehensive, accurate, and timely information to members and guests. •Seeks most efficient manner in which to meet member expectations. •Creates itineraries for members, guests, and prospective members during their visit. •Interfaces with other departments in order to meet member and guest requests. •Responsible for charging services and creating member profiles using a club management system. •Answers member, guest, and interdepartmental inquiries by telephone, fax, email, and mail. Evaluates need and assists with inquiry or directs inquiries to the proper department in a timely manner. •Assists Member Services Director with written collateral to describe programs, activities and events at the Club and in the community. •Performs other duties to ensure flawless member & guest service, not necessarily included in this description. •Assists with operations within the Member only areas of Moonlight Lodge, ranging from children’s programs/activities, to maintaining fitness area and fitness programs, to supervising the Member Lounge to ensure it is clean, organized, and Members have everything they need. Host/Hostess- Moonlight Basin

The Host position will primarily greet and assist Guests in a positive, welcoming and professional manner. The Host will anticipate guests' needs, and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency. They will also maintain a proactive approach to solving any guest's questions or problems. Finally, the Host will bid farewell to guests, using their name when known, and encourage them to return to the establishment.

Assisting in providing analytical support and decision making tools to leadership team to help exceed desired business results

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Extensive product knowledge and keen personalized service we strive to make each retail purchase a memorable one.
Circulate on the floor, continually checking merchandise displays to ensure that the store is well stocked.
Provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell to each and every guest that comes through our door.
Handle guests' requests by reading and anticipating their needs and upselling new products.
Responsible for all opening and/or closing duties.
Making sure your areas are clean and orderly.
Providing lateral service for other departments will be a necessary duty to ensure flawless personalized service for all internal and external guests.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Server Positions- Moonlight Basin

Valet

Valet

VALET PARKER- MOONLIGHT BASIN- Full Time and Part Time Available

The Valet Parker is responsible to provide a consistently high degree of both friendliness and efficiency for all guests and visitors by parking guest vehicles in a safe and orderly manner and transporting guests throughout the Big Sky area. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Drive guest vehicles from lodge drop off area to designated parking area for valet parking and return guest vehicle to lodge pickup for guest pick-up when needed.
Assisting with the signature arrivals for our guests. 
Providing shuttle services within the Big Sky area.

QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to operate all types of passenger vehicles (standard and automatic).
Valid state driver's license required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Most work tasks are performed outdoors. The worker is driving and getting in and out of vehicles most of the day. Must be able to stand or drive and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. frequently. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning and luggage handling tasks. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
