The Guest Service Staff is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and striving for the highest of standards to provide each member and guest with a memorable experience. The Guest Service staff reports to the Guest Service Supervisor and Head Golf Professional. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • Must be well groomed and adhere to dress code/uniform and personal appearance standards defined in the associate handbook. • Must be friendly and outgoing with a professional demeanor. • Ability to work alone during certain parts of the day. • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and possible overtime. The Cook is responsible for preparing the highest quality food products for the restaurant and banquets, according to menu descriptions and directions. This position will provide the highest quality of service to our members and guests during Banquet and Member Events at Moonlight Basin. Job duties include, but are not limited to: • Serve food & beverage orders in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Take food and beverage orders if applicable using suggestive techniques. Have complete knowledge of all menu items, prices, preparation method/time, ingredients and quality standards of taste, appearance, serving temperature, portion size, garnish and method of presentation. • Clear tables during service. • Control guest checks and secure proper payment. • Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Managers. • Provide exceptional service. Activities Guide is a Moonlight Outfitters position requiring extensive outdoor activity teaching and facilitation experience and the personality and ability to relate to and build trust with Moonlight Club members, families, and guests in a safe and fun learning environment. Activities guides facilitate member activities such as archery, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, stand up paddle boarding, and sporting clays. Safety and fun within a unique outdoor experience are the ultimate goals of the Moonlight Outfitters.
