You will be responsible for all income received by Kenai Fjords Tours and operations. You will prepare and process all incoming bills and various other accounting duties. You will have a range of duties and responsibilities to include:
- Balance daily transaction reports for cash and credit card receipts
- Maintain, distribute and reconcile petty cash
- Ensure appropriate levels of cash reserves are on hand at the beginning and end of season
- Responsible for daily metering, posting, picking up and distribution of mail
- Prepare daily deposits
