    Prepare

    Our Director of Guest Experience is responsible for the management of all aspects of the Front Office and Housekeeping Departments in accordance with hotel standards. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff. Directs and works with managers and associates to successfully execute all Front Office operations. Strives to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.

    · Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.

    · Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction

    A dynamic Culinary Leader within the culinary, resort, and restaurant industry, the Executive Chef is responsible for all aspects of leading, mentoring, and managing, for all kitchen areas and kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation, production of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with resort standards.

    Our Houseman/Public Area Attendants ensure all public areas are clean and maintain all items and surfaces in designated areas, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness.  Assist Room Attendants with guest rooms.

    • Review assignment sheet and update completed assignments; check with supervisor and housekeeping office for additional assignments throughout shift
    • Review assigned area and complete general removal of any trash or debris
    • Stock cleaning carts with designated supplies and equipment
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of closets; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; sweep and wax floor; remove non-floor closet items and transport to proper storage areas
    • Clean designated areas with proper chemicals, tools and equipment
    • Ensure nothing is stored in stairwells
    • Transport any food and beverage trays/items in public areas to service areas
    • Inspect condition of planters/plants; remove debris, polish planters
    • Empty trash containers, ashtrays and ash urns in public areas
    • Remove trash; debris and cobwebs from balconies/patios
    • Stock vending machines in public and associate bathrooms
    • Sweep front entrance daily
    • Sweep and rinse off pool deck daily
    • Remove soiled towels form pool area and return to laundry; replace with clean towels
    • Turn over any lost and found items to Supervisor
    • Ensure security of hotel property

    Irrigation Specialist is responsible for operation and maintenance of irrigation system; Supervise and maintain the grounds of the Resort, ensuring that the grounds are free of foliage and debris. Complete other special projects as assigned by the Property Operations Director.

    • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.

    • Coordinate off-site repair and transport of equipment.

    • Maintain positive guest relations at all times; resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.

    • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

    • Operate and maintain irrigation system

    • Assist Director in ensuring all landscaping personnel adhere to company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.

    • Assist in supervising, training and inspect the performance of Landscaping staff ensuring that all procedures are completed to the Resort’s standards.

    • Assist in development and implementation of a preventive maintenance program of landscaping equipment.

    • Assist in maintaining inventory of all parts and supplies; ensure inventory of parts so as not to be left without needed supplies. Inform Director of all parts, supplies, tools and equipment needed to purchase related to Landscaping.

    • Apply pesticides and herbicides, and pull weeds.

  • Night Audit

    Responsible for the auditing of all charges and postings, correcting work as required. The Night Auditor reconciles daily activity and closes all accounts in preparation for the new day. All information will be processed and formatted into daily reports and distributed as the Morning Reports. Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently: process all payments according to hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors.

    • Pick up, count and maintain bank. Secure bank at all times.
    • Read the logbook daily, and record all pertinent information in the log book.
    • Process currency exchange and payments to guest accounts.
    • Process adjustments, rebates, paid outs and credits as required.
    • Operate P.M.S. (Property Management System) and maintain security of system.
    • Verifies and makes corrections to the Room Rate Report.
    • Post and audit Banquet charges.
    • Reconcile telephone calls and miscellaneous accounts.
    • Verifies that all checks are closed, and closes and logs any open check in the P.O.S. (Point of Sale) system.
    • Prints Food & Beverage end of day reports.
    • Audit Food & Beverage cashier’s work and correct discrepancies.
    • Audit Rooms Cashier’s work and correct discrepancies.
    • Audit all miscellaneous charges. (Banquets, Bars etc.)
    • Verifies package postings on house accounts.
    • Checks high balances, gets credit card approval or other payment information.
    • Verifies charge routing on all group/master accounts, correct any errors and post accordingly.
    • Sends out Daily STASH report.
    • Input all sales figures into the P.M.S. and balance all accounts (Property Management System).
    • Run Room & Tax verifying that all room rates posted.
    • Verify Cashier’s Report to drop log and paperwork.
    • Record room statistics.
    • Close P.O.S. after all work is balanced.
    • Run end of day program and close day.
    • Check that interfaces are up and running.
    • Run morning reports and backup reports and distribute accordingly.
    • Print express check out folios and distribute.
    • Sign out and brief relief.
    • Review Night Audit checklist and verify that all work has been completed.
    • Restock all printers.
    • Fill out and deposit payment and corresponding checks.
    • Review status of assignments and any follow-up action with on-coming Supervisor.
    • Other duties as reasonably requested.

    Resort Room Attendants provide exemplary service and cleanliness in guest areas/rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.  Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.  Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.

    Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.

    • Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
    • Clean guest rooms by category priority.
    • Transport cart with cleaning supplies, amenities and linens to assigned guest room and position securely.
    • Inspect condition of all furniture for tears, rips or stains; report any damages to the supervisor.
    • Inspect condition of amenities in desk, drawers and guest service directory; replace designated amounts at proper locations within the room.
    • Inspect condition of planters and plants; remove debris.
    • Ensure presence of fire safety, rate cards and DND sign. Inspect condition and replace as needed.
    • Remove dust, dirt and smudges from A/C unit, vents, grids and thermostat. Set thermostat to 65 degrees rented, 55 degrees vacant.
    • Update status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheet.
    • Ensure security of any assigned guest room keys.
    • Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor.
    • Turn over any lost and found items from guest rooms to the Supervisor.
    • Provide turn-down service to designated rooms on assignment sheet
    • Other duties as reasonably requested

    Our Servers provide excellent food and beverage service to patrons in any of our five venues and banquets - greeting and seating guest, delivery of menu, obtain beverage order, verbal presentation of menu to guest, inform guest of specials, delivery of beverages, obtain food order.

    • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
    • Maintain complete knowledge of table and seat numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, proper table set-up
    • Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections, correct glassware and garnishes
    • Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items
    • Maintain complete knowledge of POS and manual systems
    • Complete opening side duties as assigned
    • Check quality and amount of all restaurant stock and supplies using checklist; stock all necessary supplies to restaurant
    • Set up all condiments and non-alcoholic beverages
    • Ensure a sufficient supply of all silverware, glassware and dinner ware for service; fold napkins
    • Setup side station with supplies and equipment

    • Clean all equipment as assigned

    • Remove all soiled linen

    • Complete all closing reports as assigned and leave duty after reporting to supervisor
