Adventure Service Guides provide Resort information and assist Guests in reserving/scheduling activities during their stay. Ensure all tours are conducted in a professional, safe and fun manner.
Required to conduct safe, fun and informative tours as assigned
Responsible in assisting in the operation of Adventure Services
Stocking retail space, assisting in retail display, and maintaining a neat and orderly space
Assisting departmental inventory, orders, check-in and pricing
Assists Adventure Services Manager in research for future activities and programs
Works with team members in a variety of ways to assist in operations
Able and willing to perform other tasks to maintain productive and successful work environment
Other duties as reasonably requested

Resort Culinary Team hiring Line Cooks & Prep Cooks
Prepare
Prepare, plan, prep, organize the line setup and provide quality service in all areas of food production.
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental and resort policies/procedures.
Ensure all prep work is maintained throughout shift.
Maintain excellent working knowledge of department menu items, ingredients and recipes.
Inspect the cleanliness and organization of the line and workstations; rectify any deficiencies; maintain through the shift.
Organize all various prep items needed from different areas to ensure all items are in place and ready for service.
Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by health department and Resort requirements.
Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule.
Other duties as reasonably requested.
Seasonal position - $18.00 - $21.00/hour

Our Servers provide excellent food and beverage service to patrons in any of our five venues and banquets - greeting and seating guest, delivery of menu, obtain beverage order, verbal presentation of menu to guest, inform guest of specials, delivery of beverages, obtain food order.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
Maintain complete knowledge of table and seat numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, proper table set-up
Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections, correct glassware and garnishes
Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items
Maintain complete knowledge of POS and manual systems
Complete opening side duties as assigned
Check quality and amount of all restaurant stock and supplies using checklist; stock all necessary supplies to restaurant
Set up all condiments and non-alcoholic beverages
Ensure a sufficient supply of all silverware, glassware and dinner ware for service; fold napkins
Setup side station with supplies and equipment
Properly store all reusable goods
Clean all equipment as assigned
Restock items for next service
Remove all soiled linen
Reset tables for next meal period
Complete all closing reports as assigned and leave duty after reporting to supervisor
Other duties as reasonably requested

16Our Front Desk Associates check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.
Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.
Communicate services and amenities of the Resort to guests.
Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel for escort and delivery of amenities
Document and confirm reservations and cancellations.
Block rooms in the system and follow through on designated requirements.
Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel (i.e. special requests, amenity delivery)
Resolve discrepancies on rooms status report with Housekeeping.
Process checkouts; resolve any late charges, present folio to guest and resolve any disputed charges; settle guest accounts.
Conduct group check-ins/outs
Assist all departments/executives in obtaining appropriate information regarding groups, inventory, and guest information
Adhere to all cashiering procedures
Document pertinent information in the logbook
Assist in other Front Desk areas as assigned
Provide guest room tours
Legibly document maintenance needs on work orders and submits them to the Manager.
Other duties as reasonable requested
Experience in Hospitality Industry in similar position
Strong and effective communicator
Professional presentation
Previous guest relations training
Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales systems.

Resort Stewards exhibit organization, time management, cleanliness and awareness in regard to production, kitchen operations, food safety and HACCP guidelines.
Adheres to Resort specifications and standards in operating our dishwashing machines to wash designated restaurant and kitchen wares.
Cleans and maintains equipment and dishwashing/kitchen/associate cafeteria/compactor/storage areas.
Assists in washing pots, pans and other kitchen utensils/equipment.
Completes other special cleaning projects as assigned.
