    Responsibilities 

    • Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation and production meets quality standards
    • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers and ensure all kitchen equipment is in working order
    • Effectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food
    • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
    • Actively work to maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership
    • Partner with team members and restaurant managers to satisfy guests

    Qualifications 

    • No college degree required
    • At least two years' experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience
    • Ability to effectively communicate with others and lead in a fast-paced environment
    • Attentive and detail oriented
    • Basic math skills with an ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions

    Physical Requirements 

    • Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, blend, whip etc. a variety of foods and liquids
    • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
    • Will stand for length of shift with frequent bending, lifting, reaching, including overhead, stretching and grasping
    • Must work rapidly in a fast paced environment while coordinating multiple orders
    • Exposure to variable temperatures and kitchen dangers such as heat, burns, scalds, cuts, slips and falls and chemicals used to clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and surfaces

    Responsibilities 

    • Efficiently complete assigned maintenance requests in basic carpentry, painting duties and multiple call outs. 
    • Requires journeyman level experience in concrete, stone and mason work.
    • Assist in maintaining water softeners, and salt inventory per preventive maintenance schedule.
    • Ability to perform level one trade functions such as electrical motor trouble shooting to 220 volts, plumbing, refrigeration/HVAC, basic boiler operation, kitchen equipment repair, and second level maintenance repairs.
    • Must possess valid drivers license and ability to operate company vehicle. 
    • Operate designated heavy equipment and adhere to all safety requirements. 
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications 

    • Minimum five years experience in general building maintenance, or in trades such as electrical, refrigeration, and plumbing, etc., including skills in concrete tile and welding.
    • Working knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance and trades. 
    • Drivers license required with ability to safely operate a company vehicle in inclement weather.
    • Requires time management skills combined with efficient work ethic to complete tasks as required. 

    Physical Requirements 

    • Wear all required personal protective equipment needed to carry out assigned tasks safely.
    • Ability to enter into and work in confined and crawlspaces.
    • Will climb and descend ladders repeatedly while supporting tools and equipment. 
    • Walking, bending, squatting, reaching, pulling with ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Manual dexterity in the use of hands to grasp and safely operate hand and power tools and equipment.
    • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions including heat, cold, sun, wind, rain and snow.

    Responsibilities 

    • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service using centralized registration system.
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions; maintain bank and accurate paperwork.
    • Deliver items to guests, resolve guest issues and complaints or elevate to supervisor.
    • Coordinate guest and room needs with housekeeping department.
    • Check and balance daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts.

    Qualifications 

    • Previous experience in POS, credit and cash handling and customer service is beneficial.

    Responsibilities 

    • Maintain Birchstreet systems and databases for all Grand Canyon Food and Beverage revenue centers 
    • Responsible for  information management systems, daily and weekly receiving, and monthly inventory 
    • Coordinate with the property accounting team on invoices and receive tracking as needed to ensure the timely receipt and payment of vendor invoices 
    • Assist with cyclic inventories in Food and Beverage and Retail departments, and manage the virtual storeroom locations in Birchstreet

    Qualifications 

    • High school degree or GED required.
    • Minimum 2 years working as an administrator or coordinator of procurement and purchasing systems within the hospitality industry.  Experience as a manager or supervisor of Food and Beverage preferred
    • Experience working with and training others when required and be comfortable in a team setting

    • Previous database management and spreadsheet experience required, preferably MS Excel. 
    • Strong leadership skills experience working across multiple departments and understanding the organizational structure and future vision to affect change 
    • Strong computer skills

    • Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents 
    • Review vendor statements and request missing invoices

    Qualifications 

    • One year in an accounting role

    • Above average Microsoft Office Suite skills and computerized accounting skills

    Responsibilities 

    • Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the values of Starbucks and Delaware North.
    • Responsible for opening and closing store, will supervise team members and operational needs by assigning tasks and coaching staff.
    • Covers duties in the absence of team members, including cleaning and stocking. 
    • Quickly and effectively brings resolution to team member issues and concerns. 
    • Maintains clean and organized workspaces and storage areas.
    • Provides quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all preparation standards.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications 

    • No high school diploma or GED required
    • Minimum one year supervisory experience in a customer service and/or retail environment preferred.
    • Previous cash handling and POS experience required.
    • Must be experienced in labor laws pertaining to employee relations. 
    • Requires effective written and verbal communication and problems solving skills.
    • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays with regular and consistent attendance. 

    Physical Requirements 

    • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and grasping with repetitive motions.
    • Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.
    • Frequently immerses hands in water, soaps and sanitizer.
    • May be exposed to variable temperatures.
    • Exposure to, and use of chemicals used to clean and sanitize surfaces, areas, equipment and restrooms.

    Responsibilities 

    • Schedules team member duties and assists manager with training and compliance.
    • Reviews work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety.
    • Ensures proper POS, cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift.
    • Investigates and resolves complaints regarding food quality, service and accommodations.
    • Perform some service tasks such as assisting guests, stocking shelves, counting inventory, and cashier duties.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications 

    • Restaurant experience required with two years of supervisory experience in front of house environment preferred.
    • Self-motivated to work without direct supervision, embrace challenges, opportunities and  initiate projects.
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication, POS and cash handling skills.
    • Proven ability to implement and enforce procedures and rules while directing team members. 
    • Must maintain excellent customer service and staff relations with a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a faced paced environment.
    • No college degree required. 

    Physical Requirements 

    • Required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Will stand and walk throughout shift with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and grasping and frequently reach over head up to 7 feet.
    • Push and pull movements on occasion to move equipment and use of mops and brooms.
    • May be exposed to normal dangers found in kitchen environment, such as cuts, scrapes, burns and scalds. 
    • Some work may be required outdoors in varying temperatures including cold, wind, rain and heat.
