    Responsibilities 

    • Receives drink orders, mixes and serves alcohol and non-alcohol drinks, wine and bottled beer or draught beer.
    • Follows standard recipes using company proportions. 
    • Receives and processes POS and cash sales.
    • Maintains inventory. 
    • Keeps bar area clean and properly stores equipment and stock.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications 

    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Minimum of two years’ front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
    • Experience in POS and cash handling. 
    • Ability to recognize intoxicated guests and serve responsibly. 

    Physical Requirements 

    • Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift.
    • Constant walking, bending, reaching, twisting bending and repetitive motions. 
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
    • Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times.

    Responsibilities 

    • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service using centralized registration system.
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions; maintain bank and accurate paperwork.
    • Deliver items to guests, resolve guest issues and complaints or elevate to supervisor.
    • Coordinate guest and room needs with housekeeping department.
    • Check and balance daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications 

    • Previous experience in POS, credit and cash handling and customer service is beneficial.  
    • Good verbal and written communication skills to work with guests and team members.

    Responsibilities 

    • Supervise and train retail team members, and work to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.
    • Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operations.

    Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46100 - $62200 / year

    In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.     Responsibilities 

    • Lead and manage a team of Housekeepers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management and evaluation
    • Maintain an inventory of supplies; order and distribute supplies and equipment
    • Ensure that all reports, orders, and projects are completed
    • Monitor and controls expenses and payroll, while ensuring proper resources are in place
