About Delaware North at the Grand Canyon
We operate retail stores inside of the Grand Canyon National Park, including Canyon Village Marketplace, Desert View Market, Trading Post, and the Tusayan General Store, a satellite store located one mile from the park gate in Tusayan, AZ. We also operate Yavapai Lodge with its 358 guest rooms, a newly renovated gift shop and front desk area, and an expanded food and beverage operation which includes a full-service bar.
We offer retail sales, grocery, and hotel operations opportunities, including front desk workers, housekeepers, and food and beverage positions. Our mission is to provide each guest with the highest value for the products and services we offer, conduct business in a professional and ethical manner, and preserve and protect the park’s delicate resources.

Room and Board
While there is no employee dining room on-site, shared kitchen space is available for cooking your own meals. Be prepared to shop for groceries in the nearby village or travel to Williams or Flagstaff if you have a vehicle. Team members must be at least 18 years old to live in company housing.

Getting Here and Getting Around
The Flagstaff Airport is located approx. 80 miles from the Grand Canyon. The Flagstaff Express can provide direct transportation from Flagstaff to the Grand Canyon. From Phoenix, the Arizona Shuttle will take you to the Grand Canyon.
It is helpful to have a bicycle while working at the Grand Canyon as there are many bike/walking paths throughout the South Rim. There are also free visitor and team member shuttle buses.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions, install, replace, or repair damaged equipment, and calibrate thermostatic controls.

Monitor inventory levels across all inventory locations, ensuring accuracy between physical counts and system records
Conduct regular spot checks and cycle counts at each store and identify trends and variances
Run end-of-month inventory reports; partner with retail managers, controllers, and billing coordinators to resolve variances between retail systems and the general ledger
Lead annual full-scale physical inventory counts across all inventory locations
Prepare audit documentation for finance and compliance teams

Ability to drive company vehicles throughout property
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, retail operations or related fields
Experience in grocery or high-volume retail environments preferred
Strong working knowledge of inventory systems, warehouse management, full physical inventories, cycle counting, and auditing practices
Proficiency with POS systems, inventory tools, and Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
