Crooked Creek Guest Ranch is a quiet country ranch in the wonderful Wind River mountain range. Our goal is to serve quality food and service to our guests and local patrons. Our western style resort is designed for peaceful retreat and outdoor fun. There are miles of trails to ride along the Continental Divide during all seasons of the year. Our restaurant is focused on home style cooking with a touch of what Mom taught us.
We have both a Winter and a Summer season. Our peak season dates are as follows:
December 15 - March 31st & May 15 - October 13th

The role of a Bartender is to greet and accommodate our guests and patrons. Guest satisfaction in our restaurant revolves around quality of service, food quality, and overall guest experience.
Server Job Responsibilities:
- Accommodating our guests needs and desires.
- Operating the POS system to ensure proper communication with kitchen staff.
- Handling cash/credit card transactions.
- Knowledge of menu, food allergies, and alcohol sales and consumption.
- Serving drinks, running food, bussing tables, and general aspects of providing services to our guests.
- Mix and pour drinks according to recipes.
- Following all health code standards and food safety protocols.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment to work in.
- Assist other members of the team with any and all tasks requested by supervisors and managers.
Qualifications:
- Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to speak, read and understand basic English.
- Must be able to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to work well with teammates and coworkers.
- Ability to follow directions and training instructions.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- One to two years of bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitary practices required.
Physical Requirements:
Constant standing and walking throughout shift. Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water. Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly. Must be able to speak, read and understand English phrases.

The role of a line cook is to prepare culinary delights for our guests and patrons. Guest satisfaction in our restaurant revolves around plate appeal, food quality, and overall service to compliment the experience.
Line Cook Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily preparation of food items from receiving to plating.
- Following and executing standardized recipes without deviation.
- Cooking food items by grilling, frying, sauteing and other cooking methods to specified standards.
- Assist Chef & Sous Chef with maintaining inventories and food monitoring logs.
- Following all health code standards and food safety protocols.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment to work in.
- Cleaning and sanitizing cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Assist other members of the team with any and all tasks requested by supervisors and managers.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
- Understanding the basics of food cost control.
- Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
- Food handler’s permit required.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
- Must be able to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions.
- Must be able to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to work well with teammates and coworkers.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- One to two years of culinary experience preferred.

The role of a dishwasher is to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen. Guest
satisfaction in our restaurant requires a clean and sanitary environment. This environment contributes
to the entire experience of the guests and patrons.Dishwasher Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen.
- Assisting in bussing and clearing tables.
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean dish pit at all times.
- Assisting with preparation of food during slower services.
- Cleaning and shutting down the dishwasher and three compartment sink at the end of the
- night.
- Mopping and sweeping floors at the end of the night.
- Assist other members of the team with any and all tasks requested by supervisors and managers.
Qualifications:

Housekeeping at Crooked Creek is a staple to keeping our business successful and making sure that we are providing an excellent experience for our guests. Therefore, this role is very important to us.
Duties include:
Cleaning cabins, making beds, taking out the trash, cleaning bathrooms, restocking items, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, doing laundry and attention to detail is a must. Driving experience is appreciated as well.
Depending on the checkout load you may have to hustle, and sometimes you will be working alone so self motivation is necessary, as well as being dependable.
We are looking for someone who is versatile, and willing to do more than what's listed on the job description. Help would be needed in the kitchen, bar or restaurant, and in the office on occasion. There are several opportunities to learn something new, and everyday is different so don't worry about the job getting monotonous.
We take pride in providing great service and a great experience to our guests and the local folks in our area and we want to make sure that we have the staff who can upkeep those values.
Looking for someone seasonal but, it could become a year round position if we find the right person.
