We are just two miles from the entrance to the Shoshone National Forest where you'll find an abundance of possibilities for outdoor activities along with the chance to see wildlife such as elk, moose, bears, fox, deer, wolves, etc. in their own element and we can't forget to mention the incredible views from pretty much anywhere you look.
40 hours a week is our goal, with two days off. We try to make those two days off consecutively but, it is the hospitality industry and it can be pretty unpredictable at times. Overtime is paid at 1.5x the hourly wage. Housing is provided for employees, some single rooms, and a couple dorm style situations. We also have a generous meal plan, if the employee works they get a meal valued at $20.00 and during their time off employees receive 35% off.
The ideal candidate is someone who will appreciate the outdoors and the opportunity they have been given. We want to have folks who truly love being here and want to make the best out of their time here with us. Individuals who are mature, self-motivated, takes pride in their work, has integrity, and respect for themselves, our guests, their co-workers, and their employer is greatly valued. The job requires commitment and a positive attitude. We like to work as a team and there may be times when something is asked of you that might not be in your job description, we need someone who is willing to work hard and sometimes get out of your comfort zone.
Our peak seasons are from December 15th - March 31st and May 15th to the beginning of October.
Room and Board
Room and board are included with employment, there is no fee. That is subject to change but, there will be notice.
