Coastal Explorations is a small, outdoor, and team-oriented company on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Our guides learn kayak and stand-up paddleboard technique, history of the area, how to identify wildlife, and how to read the weather and apply it to the routes they lead guests on. This is a great experience for someone who loves being outside and working with people!
Corolla is the northernmost stop on the paved road on the Outer Banks of NC - a narrow barrier island with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and quiet shallow sounds on the other.
