- The archery counselor works daily with campers of various ages and experiences.
- Campers come to lessons by age group, and each session lasts about one hour.
- Counselots work four to five periods daily and also have cabin counselor duties.
- Cabins include 12 campers and four counselors.
- Five days off during the summer and four nights off per week from 9:30 pm to 1:00 am.

Counselors are expected to be role models who must be fun-loving, creative, patient, and genuinely concerned for the welfare and development of the campers.
Compensation is a summer salary, paid out in four installments. Additional travel money is provided and bonuses based on experience. Room and Board are included.
Arrive June 9th. Depart August 6th.
