Our season dates for 2023 are June 15 through August 11. In addiiton to counselor roles, we have have positions in our health center, kitchen and office.
A great opportunity for someone to take on a leadership role and create and manage a challenge course program. Position dates are June 12th to August 11th.
Our challenge course facilities include a 28’ two-sided climbing wall, “leap of faith,” “flying squirrel,” zipline as well as numerous low ropes activities.
As head, you will supervise 2 to 3 staff with climbing experience but not necessarily teaching experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with other outdoor adventure staff, many of whom are seasoned outdoor educators with a wide range of experience.
Your responsibilities will include designing and managing a safe and fun program that incorporates climbing skills, team building and overcoming personal challenges.

Our fleet consists of Hartley 12’s and 15’s and 420’s and several ribs/skiffs to be used as monitoring and coach boats. In addition, there is also a windsurf component to the program.
The sail staff is made up of three other counselors, all with previous sailing experience, but not all with teaching experience.
Each counselor has cabin duties and also serves as an activity specialist. Openings include:

- High & low ropes course
- Mountain biking
Our healthcare staff consists of an on site doctor, 4 nurses and 2 nurse assistants. The dates are June 13 to August 15. Will consider partial season.
The salary range for nurses is $1000 to $1500/wk. For nurse assistants $400 to $500/wk.
Ideal for the seasonal schedule with the possibility of returning every summer. The chef assists in the overall food service and will report to the Kitchen Manager and the Executive Chef. We are also seeking breakfast and prep cooks.
Hourly wages based on experience from $16 to $22.
Room and board and travel included.
Resposnible for daily program and assignments for all campers and staff. Prior camp and administrative experience required.
