Our employees need to be available to work the entire season from mid-May through mid/late September. The ideal candidate for our staff is professional, physically fit, personable, and maintains a positive attitude at all times. They should also be prepared to live in remote Alaska, free from substance abuse, punctual, honest, trustworthy, flexible, a team player, and always respectful to other employees.
