The Employee Experience
Denali is one of the most dynamic and seasonal operations there is. You'll go from having just a handful of people in the area to thousands of employees and guests, almost overnight. At Denali Park Village, you have the amazing experience of seeing a ghost town truly come alive. With that in mind, it is a big job opening a hotel! It takes hard-working, flexible, dynamic individuals to be part of our team.
Your success at Denali Park Village will show you are a quick learner who loves the challenge and excitement of a seasonal operation. You are open to helping out the team wherever needed. After the hotel is open, you'll get into the swing of the daily vibe, and spend your free time becoming the resident expert at your new home. You'll experience the unique opportunity to view Alaska's midnight sun and northern lights. Enjoy nature sightings including moose, caribou, and bears. Take advantage of local discounts and activities such as rafting, hiking, fishing, ATV tours, flightseeing tours, and more!
As September draws near you will see the area begin to slow down, fall colors return, and you will begin to look for your next destination, which could easily be one of our winter parks!
Denali may be just one summer of fun, or it could take you down a path of adventure and travel for years to come. Either way, for an adventure-seeker, it will be an experience of a lifetime!
Are you someone that is adaptable to dynamic environments? You'll need little supervision after learning the ropes and want to be a part of a memorable guest experience.
You are comfortable with being a bit uncomfortable. You'll see your team day-in and day-out due to the close living arrangements. You will share a room with someone, work well with others, and put differences aside. When you leave your worksite, you will likely see your team in the dining room, at the laundry facilities, and on your weekends.
Seasonal life isn't for everyone, but for the right person, it can be the best experience you'll ever have.
Summer Season Openings to be posted in early 2022!
