Ministry team member and seasonal full-time employee in a national park. Work in a hospitality-type position while living in a national park and participating in ministry. Each team will lead worship services (no musical ability required), bible studies, and engage in relational ministry among some of the most beautiful parks in the country. Each team member will take a leadership assessment, be trained by a staff member in the national office, and have a national office staff member come and visit them in the park!
All park employers pay at least minimum wage (varies by state) and provide room and board for a minimal cost throughout the summer. Most employers pay above minimum wage.
