Turpin Meadow Ranch is looking to add team members to our 2023 Summer Staff. We are a very Highly Rated Luxury Guest Ranch located in the Teton National Forest just outside of Jackson Hole, WY. Turpin Meadow Ranch provides guests with amazing Lodging and dining experiences in addition to offering a multitude of Summer activities such as Horseback riding, Wilderness Pack Trips, Guided Fly Fishing, Fat Tire Biking and so much more.

The beauty and elegance of our guest cabins are one of the most important parts of a Turpin Meadow stay. Turpin Meadow Ranch is looking a for customer service superstar to lead our housekeeping team. We have 14 separate units on-site varying in size from single-room cabins to large multi-level chalets. Our housekeepers are responsible to take care of the daily cabin refreshes or cleans, ranch laundry as well as keeping the main lodge looking its best.
Attention to detail and professional motivation is a requirement.
Salary is based on experience and seasonal commitment.

Looking for a server with bartending experience. Must have extreme customer service skills, friendly and outgoing.
A passion for the outdoors and a desire to assure guests have an amazing dining experience is required.
While the dining at Turpin Meadow ranch is fine, the atmosphere is comfortable. Each guest is to be welcomed like an old friend and served like they are royalty.

The job of a wrangler is to respectfully guide guests on horseback rides while providing safety and care for our guests and horses. The job requires physical strength and mental stamina to get through long days with a positive attitude. You will be required to brush and saddle up to 20 horses in the early morning in a timely manner, establish mutual respect between yourself and your clients, maintain composure at all times, deal with unexpected circumstances with the utmost professionalism, build and repair a fence, feed and water the herd, maintain pastures, prevent injuries (both human and horse), provide minor vetting to injured/ill horses, and be ready to respond to any task requested of you from management. As you’ve probably gathered, the job comes with massive amounts of responsibility, though we wranglers also have a lot of fun. We are looking for competent individuals with strength and a positive attitude to join our tightly-knit team.

Sous Chef - June through September
Turpin Meadow Ranch is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to assist in leading our exemplary culinary team into a new season of prairie-to-plate dining. This leadership position is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with the oversight and direction of the culinary team at Turpin Meadow Ranch and will assist in leading the charge in the development of the daily menu rotation to reflect the changes of the season and pay homage to the local farmers, foragers, and ranchers who share our vision of quality meals sourced from our spectacular surroundings.
Our expert staff and guides are ready to make your experience exceptional and help you get the most out of our many green seasons and white season adventures that will inspire and indulge, including horseback riding, fly fishing, personalized Grand Teton and Yellowstone tours, Nordic skiing, snowmobiling, and fat biking.
