Our Sous Chef reports to our Food & Beverage Director/Executive Chef, working under their direction to assist in the leadership of the kitchen, actively working stations, and helping coach and train staff to ensure a quality product and excellent service. We are seeking a candidate who possesses a growth mindset, who has an affinity for people and is looking to expand their culinary knowledge and experience.

Our Lead Bartender is a working shift leader, assisting the Food & Beverage Director with the systems, training, and oversight of the front of house, the bar in particular. We are looking for someone who has a passion for people, leadership qualities, a team mentality, and the knowledge and experience to manage responsible alcohol service.

Our Dishwashers fill one of the most important jobs in the kitchen! We cannot make good food if we do not have clean dishes! We are a team and no one is left behind at the end of the night. Also, depending on skill and interest, there may be opportunities to learn prep, salad, and pizza stations. This is a great way to get your foot in the door in the culinary world! Our Line Cooks work a variety of stations in the kitchen, including the grill, saute, fry, pizza, salads, prep, and dishes. Our Server/Bartenders are a crucial part of creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and authentic connections with our guests who visit the restaurant/bar. We operate as a team- everyone should expect to jump in and help in all areas of the restaurant, taking orders, making drinks, running food, bussing tables, and chatting with guests.
