    Job Summary: Under the direction of Facilities Manager, lead facilities team with building maintenance and janitorial tasks in and around Red Lodge Mountain properties.

    Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following; other duties may be assigned:

    • Helps with repairs and on-going maintenance and general upkeep of all RLM buildings, including basic janitorial duties
    • Follows RLM safety policies and works with Facilities Manager to ensure a safe workplace for both employees and guests
    • Assists with snow removal
    • Effectively communicates with other employees both in person and via telephone/two-way radio
    • Assists with recycling and waste management programs
    • Directs facilities team (Parking Attendants and Janitors) when Facilities Manager is not on site
    • Works with Facilities Manager to schedule team and make sure team has supplies and tools to successfully complete jobs
    • Works with other departments to make sure facilities are clean and in working order

    Job Summary: Responsible for janitorial duties in and around the companies’ public facilities.

    • Clean all RLM facilities, including the base area and those on the mountain.
    • Efficiently clean and stock all bathrooms in all facilities throughout the day.
    • Assist with snow removal, including shoveling and snow blowing.
    • Assist other departments with cleaning/maintenance issues.
    • Empty and transport garbage and recycling.
    • Effectively communicate with other employees both in person and via telephone/two-way radio.
    • May be transported to various facilities via snowmobile, chair lift, or snow grooming machines.

    • Provide input with menu planning and optimizing product selection in line with company COGs standards

    Job Summary: Responsible for all aspects of the Retail Mountain Shop, GPO and Golf Course.
    Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following; other duties may be assigned:

    Supervise the daily operations all Retail locations, which includes Mountain Retail, Grizzly Peak Outdoors, and Red Lodge Mountain Golf Pro Shop.

    Summer Operations ticket sales out of mountain retail shop.

    Keep abreast of retail trends to help set a strategic direction for all three retail outlets.

    Attend retail shows, within budget, and negotiate discounts to get the best margins possible.

    Work to develop new relationships and partnerships with new vendors and suppliers and work with existing suppliers and negotiate contracts.

    Buy merchandise for all RLM Retail locations and monitor and track inventory between locations.

    Recommend clearance sales and varying delivery schedules to help control stock levels, work with Marketing department to present sales promotions.

    Assist management and Human Resources with employee uniform needs.

    Respond to customer and management complaints in an appropriate manner.
