All positions: A love of serving people. Your goal is to provide an amazing experience for the guests, and the reward is in knowing you created that experience and the memories for each of them whether they are three years old or eighty years old. The ranch provides onsite housing and meals for all employees at a nominal monthly fee. Employee housing is shared with 2 or 3 other employees. We will provide bedding and you need to provide your own pillow and towels. You have use of the ranch laundry facilities. Staff meals are the same as provided for our guests. As a staff we eat breakfast together so we can review the happenings for the day, and for lunch and dinner you eat with the guests in the dining room unless you are serving.
All staff work six days a week. Payroll is based on an hourly wage plus overtime for working over forty hours in a week, plus a share of the tip pool. The same benefits are paid regardless of position since we believe all staff positions are of equal importance, and it takes everyone to provide our guests with the best vacation. We truly want you to enjoy your work and have fun doing it.
