We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the General Manager of our multi-purpose café. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry with a focus on food and beverage operations, as well as extensive experience in managing and coordinating events. This role encompasses overseeing the daily operations of the café, managing a team of staff, coordinating catering events, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. As a barista, you will be responsible for brewing and serving various coffee beverages, including alcoholic beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Housing is available on a first hired-first served basis in either the staff bunkhouse, dry rooms, or dry cabins.
You'll spend your work day moving from cabin to cabin as well as all areas of our property, keeping things shiny and clean for our guests! Requires reliable, self-motivated people, as it is mostly an unsupervised position.
We have a wide variety of cabins, ranging from very basic dry cabins all the way up to luxury vacation properties.
You'll be a "Jack of all Trades" working mostly outside - launching boats with the tractor, handling maintenance of cabins and equipment, and generally supporting the other departments.
You'll hone your outdoors and camping skills guided clients on a variety of tours in Resurrection Bay and the Kenai Fjords National Park, ranging from a few hours to multi-day expeditions. First Aid and CPR certification required. Please See our website for more information on the position!
Work directly with guests to plan their activities and accommodations in Seward. You'll learn a lot about our area of Alaska, and you'll make people happy on a daily basis!
This is primarily a front of house position. You will spend most of your time: helping clients check in for their tours/lodging and buy their fishing licenses, making bookings, keeping the store clean, and processing phone, email, and in person questions and sales.
