We are the leading outdoor recreation provider in the Outer Banks, offering more than 25 adventures from hang gliding and kiteboarding to kayaking and eco-tours. We are the world’s largest kite retailer. We operate 4 e-commerce platforms, a bustling warehouse & supply chain system, and we have corporate departments including accounting, marketing, human resources, buying, and more.

We offer shared employee housing that is charged at a rate of $105 per week

Getting Here and Getting Around
A personal vehicle is not required but is certainly the best option for prospective employees to make sure they can meet their transportation needs in and out of work. Depending on worksite and housing proximity, some employees have been able to utilize bicycles as a viable option in the past, and there is established bike path infrastructure throughout the coastal communities in which we operate.
For Fun
The magic combination of Sand, Water, and Wind has been drawing people to this region of the world for many generations. The area is best known as a haven for surfers, anglers, kiteboarders, and sailors, although this is just a small sample of the many different activities people come to enjoy here.
