Residential Volunteer
Innisfree Village is seeking motivated, passionate, and conscientious individuals to join our residential volunteer program. This position offers a unique opportunity to live, work, and grow in a rural community alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while gaining hands-on experience in life-sharing, caregiving, and therapeutic work.
As a residential volunteer, you will:

No previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is required, though it is a plus. During the first month, volunteers receive structured training combined with hands-on guidance from staff and experienced community members. This orientation is designed to provide a clear understanding of responsibilities while also honoring your existing knowledge, skills, and life experiences to create a personalized and well-rounded introduction to life at Innisfree.
