Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage the team and organize the catering service;

- Ensure the quality of customer satisfaction;

- Identify local suppliers;

- Propose daily specials in agreement with the director of the establishment;

- Ensure the implementation and production of dishes in accordance with the process in place;

- Manage orders and stocks;

- Ensure and enforce compliance with health and safety standards;

- Develop the restaurant's turnover;

- Perform other related duties.

 

Profile

- Have a first successful experience in catering

- Want to juggle between the field and the management of the catering service

- Be available, responsive and use your interpersonal skills

- Good stress management during busy periods

- Demonstrate flexibility and versatility

 

Working conditions

- Employment status: temporary

- Work schedule: full time; day, evening and weekend, two days off per week.

- Start date: from May 2023

- Possibility of accommodation on site, depending on availability

Duties and responsibilities :

 

-Management of a Housekeeper team (about 8 people in high season)

-Management of linen and linen stock

-Stock management of maintenance products

-Monitoring of cleaning and disinfection procedures

-Follow-up of accommodation set-up procedures

-Verification of conformity

Profile

• Detail-oriented.
• In good health condition.
• Fluent in English.
• Experienced in Housekeeping and in management.

 

Working Conditions:

-Contract duration: june to October 2023.

-Work schedule: full time position.

-Onsite lodging included (free of charges)

• Clean and restock rooms and rentals.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas (bathrooms, showers, bar & restaurant, reception area, etc.).
• Make beds and manage bedding deliveries.
• Manage stocks levels: room supplies, maintenance equipment, ‘welcome packages’
• Ensure hotel pool towels are stocked and available to customer
• Perform any other task requested by team leaders and management.
• Mostly, have fun and enjoy the nature!

• Fluent in English

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare home-made pizzas, salads, crepes, etc.
• Monitor stock levels.
• Take and fill customer orders.
• Issue bills and accept payment.
• Comply with, and enforce, sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
