The Season is six months, the opening date for Horn's Bar is the last weekend of April and the Yankee Rebel opening is mid-May, peak season is July and August with spring and fall being a bit slower, the season finishes at the end of October.
We are looking for experienced Servers and Line Cooks at both locations. Horn's Bar, located on Main St. in the middle of town is a gathering place for locals and tourists. We have seating for 100 with a faster pace Pub setting. Large menu selection, with daily specials, evenings feature nightly entertainment, dancing, and cocktail service into the late evening.
The Yankee Rebel Tavern is a finer dining setting, the bar has 10 seats, the floor has 10 booths and 20 tables. Daily lunch and dinner service in a richly historic setting. We offer a large menu with many food options and have a full bar selection with a nice wine list.
Hold a Current Serve Safe Culinary Certificate.
Inventory and Order all food and restaurant supplies for the Yankee Rebel Tavern restaurant. Assist in receiving and stocking.
Maintain a cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, monthly). Train staff in recycling paper products, metal, glass and plastic items. Train staff to sort compostable items for the Kitchen and Restaurant.
Assist in supervision of House Keeping staff.
