Supervise the operation of Historic Skagway Inn during tour of duty. Act as the owner's representative to the general public and staff.
- Manage the Rooms department: through the Property Management System, directly supervise and coordinate work activities of housekeeping and gardening personnel at Inn.
- This includes driving Inn van as needed to collect and/or drop off guests at local transportation portals.
- Provide assistance to the Food & Beverage Department as needed.
- Supervise closing of daily accounting books for the restaurant, inn, and retail including daily alcoholic beverage inventory.
- Preparation of weekly Key Performance Indicator report for the restaurant.
- Requires: TAMS certificate and State of Alaska Handlers Card, Serv-Safe certification a plus, Drivers license. (All easily obtained).
