- Responsible for general operation of kitchen from sanitation, production, and quality of food service.
- Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts in restaurant based on approved recipes.
- May order supplies, keep records and accounts, prepare Daily Prep List, conduct weekly inventories, Complete food production based on Prep List.
- Requires: State of Alaska TAMS Card and Food Handlers Card (All easily obtained).
- ServSafe is a plus
