Are you looking for a job somewhere new?  Somewhere you might not have expected?   Heartland Elk Guest Ranch is a family operated ranch located in the Scenic Niobrara River Valley of Nebraska.  This is a truly unique location, considered to be the crossroads of the Eastern and Western United States.  Here we have six ecosystems that converge creating a cornucopia of plant and animal life.  Great access to river exploration, camping, hiking, and so much more.  Surrounded by the Sand Hills (grass stabilized dunes famous for cattle ranching) and sitting on the Ogallala Aquifer (the largest underground aquifer in the United States), the Niobrara River Valley is your next great adventure.

We are a small operation with three full time employees and two seasonal employees during our peak season.  At the Ranch we strive to create a safe and fun environment for all of our employees.  You will be free to access our trails, ponds and river equipment during your off time.  Our employee housing consists of a small cabin with two private bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen.  Laundry is available on site.  We also have full RV hookups if you have a mobile home.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner May 2024 - October 2024 to join our team.  This position requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other common areas

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished

- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in a safe and responsible manner

- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned

- Perform other Guest Ranch duties as needed
