Greetings! 

Flat Rock Club is hiring a seasonal breakfast chef!

We are offering $17-20 an hour DOE. This position has guaranteed gratuity (about $4-5 an hour). Lodging, meals, utilities, and fiber internet are included. Fly Fishing instruction and float trips are included if desired. No hidden fees or unfair deals like you might find with employers in West Yellowstone. You work, you live here, we pay you. Housing is dormitory style living. You have your own room and share a common room with tv, mini fridge, microwave. There are two bathrooms for male and female.

Flat Rock Club is a private fishing club located on the headwaters of the Henry’s Fork River in Idaho. Three skips from the door and your toes are in the river! West Yellowstone is located 20-30 miles to the north of us. We were established in 1906 and continue the lasting tradition of fly fishing. 

Our breakfast hours are from 7AM-9AM. Our maximum occupancy is 32. During breakfast we don’t have a breakfast menu. If it’s within reason we will make it for them. We run specials like Eggs Benedict to mainstream the service.  A typical morning for the breakfast chef is as follows; in kitchen by 6, start coffee, prep potatoes, fruit plate, bacon, sausage, any other mise en place necessary for service. After breakfast service for the members you will cook breakfast for the staff. We will then clean up the kitchen in preparation for Chef to prepare dinner for the staff and members.
