- Accurately take orders from guests, submit to kitchen using Point-of-Sales (POS) software, deliver food and drinks, bus tables or assist busser/runner

- In an honest and timely manner, prepare checks, process credit cards, accept and make accurate change for cash payments, prepare sales and tip reports at shift’s end, deposit cash and credit card receipts

- Responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate employee records, files and reports according to company policy and upload as necessary in the HRIS.

- Follow all specified procedures to audit the shift closing of all front office staff, including personally closing shift three and completing an audit summary of each shift.
- Produce accurate and timely reports and correctly handle all cash transactions.
- Balance and audit for accurate room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier’s reports, and guest and house accounts and telephone revenue, assisting the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues.
- Act as Manager on Duty during overnight hours.
- Perform all Front Desk Attendant functions as required including but not limited to; assist in room reservations, guest check in/out, answering hotel phone calls, and notifying guests of messages.

- Assist other Dockhands with securing boats to docks, monitoring power, water and phone services, facility sanitation and waste disposal as applicable
- Clean, inspect and report on the condition of the rental fleet
- Process and complete boat rentals and launch boats with a focus on safety
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and requests
- Orient customers to proper safety procedures and provide accurate instructions related to life-safety devices
- Operate boats and other equipment as requested in a safe and responsible manner
