    Job Summary:

    The Cook (Chef de Cuisine) will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume kitchen and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.     Inventory Specialist

    Crater Lake

    Responsible for ensuring that all merchandise is received and entered into the system with 100% accuracy. Ensure merchandise is distributed according to store contractual obligations. Maintain an organized Warehouse

    .
    Responsibilities:
    ● Ensure 100% accurate and timely receiving of all retail merchandise
    ● Verify incoming shipments are correct
    ● Correctly receive merchandise into Retail Pro system (ensure accurate costs and retails)
    ● Ensure deli items meet the NPS markup guidelines

    ● Correctly process all invoices for payment

    Responsible for the access and control of all employee housing units. This position will work overnight and will monitor and patrol the living quarters to ensure company policies and procedures are being followed as well as ensuring the safety of all residents by constant surveillance of the Company’s properties.


     

    Duties and Responsibilities

    ● Monitor and patrol employee living quarters overnight to ensure the safety of all residents 

    ● Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards

    ● Work with the employee housing department to ensure all policies and procedures are being followed 

    ● Maintain guest log as applicable for each dorm unit

    ● Issue parking passes to associates and dorm guests that are parking on site

    The Front Desk Lead effectively recruits, books and manages tour groups and Foreign International Travelers (FITs and Groups) and works closely with other departments to provide extraordinary hospitality to all visitors and guests. This position is also responsible for achieving the company’s financial goals relating to the FITs and Groups business.


     

    Responsibilities:
    ●Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner to all guests and visitors per company policy as outlined in the Employee Handbook
    ●Ensure complete accuracy in FIT company bookings and tour groups and email confirmations within 72 hours of receipt
    ●Monthly monitoring of arrival listings to ensure accuracy
    ●Effectively and professionally resolve any complaints/disputes that arise with FIT companies or other tour groups
    ●Efficient and timely processing of pre-pays for FIT companies
    ●Conduct revenue analysis of FITs and Groups each month and report to GM
    ●Review contracts, annually, with FIT companies and present to GM for signature/approval
    ●Effective and timely communications with lodging staff to ensure that room blocks are accurate for all groups
    ●Coordinate and manage special projects/needs for various groups such as reservingthe auditorium and working closely with food & beverage on food options
    ●Process all payments in a timely and accurate manner. Follow up immediately on any discrepancies
    ●Timely and effective communications to all company managers informing of upcoming events
    ●Produce and track invoices/payments for all FITs and Groups
    ●Monitor social media and hospitality sites such as TripAdvisor (at least twice weekly) and provide positive and professional feedback to all comments. Involve the GM and other departmental managers as necessary

    The Campground Host ensure the Campgrounds are effectively maintained to protect the natural environment and ensure a clean a safe environment for all visitors.

    Must have own RV. 

    Responsibilities:                                                                                                 

    • Collect camping and vehicle fees for visitors as well as money.

    • Clean bathrooms, camp sites, fire rings and any other assigned areas in a manner consistent with company expectations.

    • Consistently dispose of trash and maintain receptacles.

    • Maintain environment in a neat manner by cutting grass, trimming shrubs and trees and watering plants. Perform other campground duties related to maintaining a neat and clean appearance.

    • Immediately report any maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions or needed repairs to the maintenance supervisor.



    Requirements:                                                                                                    

    • Possess upbeat and professional verbal and written communication skills.

    • Must be organized and able to adhere to schedules.

    • Must be able to lift up to 25-30 pounds occasionally.
