In the HR Specialist position, you will work closely with the leadership team to create memorable work experiences during the peak summer season. In this year-round, full-time role, you can expect to:
- Manage the interviewing, hiring and onboarding processes for Crater Lake associates
- Manage the payroll processes
- Engage in employee relations activities
- Oversee in- and out-of-park employee activities programs
- Work closely with the corporate HR team to ensure compliance in all areas that HR handles
- Have fun working in a beautiful location enjoying peak season activities May-October
