The Resident Advisors (RA) fill an invaluable role in acting as a mentor, advisor and supporter of Crater Lake staff living in employee housing. These positions work closely with the Housing Manager planning and coordinating meaningful activities both in and outside of Crater Lake National Park and are packed with fun and memorable experiences. Our mission is for all associates to enjoy their work/life experience in the park and we need people who can help us fulfill that mission.
As an RA, you will receive free room and board and work from mid-May-mid October. We are seeking Lead RAs too so if you have any experience as an RA or would like some, apply today. RA's will oversee various Park dorm buildings to ensure a great employee housing experience for all staff members living on-site. Many improvements are in process in employee housing such as new carpet, a fresh coat of paint, brand new mattresses and other upgrades. A large spacious employee lounge is available along with an on-site gym and both in- and out-of-park activities too numerous to mention.
